This place treated my uncle horribly they did not give him the proper care he deserves. They starved him for over 4 days he could barely even lift his head up. They did not even give him iv fluids!!

I was there to visit a friend. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. So were other staff I encountered during my visit. I could tell that my friend is in a good place.

I felt the care of my loved one was completely and utterly lacking. Incontinence care was rare, leaving residents laying in wet clothes and linens, lack of bathing, lack of checking in on them in the room, staff rarely communicating to a confused resident to reorient them or comfort them. No fluids at the bedside many times. I can go on and on. Don’t send a loved one there!!

Thank you for everything you did for my aunt! She was in the hospital and came to Springfield for therapy and has come so far. She is able to walk and is back to eating normal foods again!! The staff have been so kind! Springfield was definitely the right choice for my aunt.

Couldn't say better things about the care my mom received. The nurses were great and so friendly. My mom needed a lot of therapy and did so good when she was there. I'd recommend Springfield to anyone that asked!

This place should be shut down. Very dirty, Care was not that great and the food was horrible. Every morning cold greasy scrambled eggs and cold wet toast. It I had known I would have fought not to go there. Apparently my insurance approved this place, I don't know why. Whatever they are charging my insurance company it is robbery. This place should be investigated by the board of health. I was there for therapy and I only saw someone from the department 3 times, and the only therapy I got was on the night before I was to go home. No home therapy was scheduled for me. I had to see my family doctor in order for therapy to be scheduled for me. Thank goodness I can do this at home because I would not go back there for any reason.Don't let your loved one be put in this place.

My mother was admitted here for three weeks post hip replacement surgery. My mother would leave the facility for dialysis and come back later in the evening to no dinner and typically a nurse would have to go find her a sandwich. Her TV remote was broken during her whole stay and asked three different people to fix it. It was never fixed. I brought her IPad so she could stream TV. The social worker says to reach out or text for anything but never answers. My mother’s bathroom was disgusting and barely cleaned and had an odor. In her final two weeks there, her sheets were changed ONCE. How do I know? I dropped a chocolate chip cookie on it and the chocolate remained on the fitted sheet for the final 10 days. The biggest issue we have had is my mother post care planning and discharge. She has now been discharged a week and her in home rehab still has not started. We have called the aftercare agency and they said they did not receive the referral. When my mother contacted the social worker, again, received no response.Conveniently, the referral was sent in, but for an agency in a completely different state than where my mother lives. So here we are now a whole week later with no post discharge services.I called the director and haven’t received a callback. I work in the healthcare industry and am highly disappointed with the care my mother received. The high ratings must be for the long term fancy facility across the way.

Absolutely poor service. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Always short staffed according to staff, but administration says the opposite. The ignore patients, there better at home.

If I could give Springfield Crossings 10 stars, I would! They have been going above and beyond to take care of my grandma. The entire staff has been attentive, kind, and patient. My grandma has been kept clean with showers, changing, fresh clothes, etc. The staff is always smiling, cheery, knowledgeable, and diligent. The facility is nice, especially the newly renovated sections. When we visited Springfield tonight, they had an outdoor movie night with a pop-up theatre, free food and snacks, and friendly staff. The event had a fun crowd, including families and pets enjoying the movie. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Springfield, the staff, and the other residents. Thank you for caring for my grandma so well!!

Had my Mom's 99th Birthday Party here, the staff was wonderful, could not be more helpful, the one nurse who help her get dressed was dancing and singing Happy Birthday, we even had to join in, they gave us a private special room, and even brought her nice roommate in to join the festivities. THANK YOU, MADE US FEEL REAL COMFORTABLE.

Let’s not get it twisted. These reviews are for two different places. The good reviews are from the expensive side, where there are apartment like rooms.THEN there is the other side. Where I’m imagining all of the Medicare patients are. You know, the “poor” ones. THATS where all these negative reviews come from. That “poor” part is DISGUSTING. The nurses are rude, inconsiderate, incompetent trash. They have increasingly ignored everything. My loved one went in there better than where they’re at right now. Sores all over legs, not given water, not being made to walk except in PT, food is gross (most of the time), getting nasty faces all the time (probably bc they were called out for SLEEPING ON THE JOB!). They never clean up the rooms. Talk to the residents like trash, Sinks leaking. They ignore the call buttons. No showers for days… I guess they can’t be bothered since they’re too busy sleeping. If you care about your loved one at all…. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.
