Tried to return a pair of sunglasses I got at the KOP location. The guy didn't know how to do the return. He tried to call his manager 2x, no success. More or less he was unable to help me due to lack of training.

I Was going to buy a pair of glasses today Sept. 24th but the way I saw the female in the kiosk in the middle of the mall around 1:30 pm look at us and ignore us like we weren't there ... I will not buy anything from that kiosk again. I previously bought about 15 pairs of glasses from that kiosk within the past year and there was very professional people in that kiosk. But this one made my mind up to never go to that kiosk. The female up in Macy's was very pleasant and professional. The company need to think of integrity training of some sort for all employees..

Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses last week. Spent just under $400. A pair of Maui Jims and a pair of Oakleys. Both were for my wife. Decided to exchange the Oakleys as the lens was the same blue color as the Maui Jims. She had her eye on a rose colored pair. The Oakleys were never worn. As we explained we wanted to do an exchange and pay if there was a difference. While we were looking at another pair the salesperson pictured who refused to give his name was tinkering with the glasses for several minutes. When we stepped around to the other side of the counter where he was standing he pointed to the glasses we were returning and said I can not take these back because they are scratched. They were never worn or taken out of the protective bag. He played with the glasses for quite some time before he mentioned they were scratched. If we returned scratched glasses that would have been noticed right away. So now we are left with a useless scratched pair of sunglasses. Do not buy from this store. Not a reputable business. The salesman was smirking the entire time. My wife told him that they were not damaged when we handed them to him but he was just smirking and being difficult. Very bad for business. I will not be quiet. My new mission is to let everyone know about this company's poor business practice.

The man who sold my son and I the sun glasses was exceptional. He was able to help us choose the right pair of sunglasses with no pressure. He made the experience great. This was at Springfield Mall

Great customer service!! Very helpful and patient staff. Alex was very good sales man! I bought 2 pairs Prada and Tory Burch! Loved them both!! Thank you again.

Bought me a pair of Versace sunglasses,the guy that worked on Tuesday showed me some stuff. I really like the Versace brand. Maybe buy me a pair of Gucci sunglasses next.
