I was under the impression that 'Metro by T-Mobile' meant that somehow, T-Mobile could help me - I thought I was now part of the T-Mobile family? We have to stop highering community college it's literally just showing America no matter where you go these people who graduate who get all these kinds of points because they're this that and the other and having a bad hair day or absolutely full of attitude lazy spirit and they're just stubborn argumentative and passive-aggressive all too many times. I'm just over all the females I've been dealing with at these different places and don't you dare try to tell me that it's not true I know my experiences you don't so stay in your lane... Too many women are nasty and aggressive and they're looking for an argument the minute you walk in to talk to them we need to bring back firing remember that we fired incompetent and rude nasty people so stop the politically correct charge to throw everybody out and behead them because they don't agree with what your idea of moral or or respectful is don't disregard somebody else's experiences because they're ? not yours. This is America we have freedom of speech and learn tolerance when someone tells you something to listen to what they're saying and stop trying to tell them it is not true because it's not your reality.

If you don’t have insurance with your device. Don’t bother. Call and make appointment with manufacturer. They just have sales people here.

Today, I took my friend to this T Mobile. A year ago, my husband and I had a fabulous experience with Talia, the sales representative, who had helped us purchase new phones. I was so impressed with Talia that I made sure she was still at this location before I brought my friend to the store to switch over to Verizon. Talia did not disappoint. Her professional demeanor and knowledge of the company is exceptional. Her treatment of us, as senior customers, was patient and respectful, answering every question that we asked her. Because of Talia, I have referred three other families to T Mobile. What a great experience and an excellent company!

11/29/2023 My wife and I went into this Springfield T-Mobile store to get two new iPhone 15 pros. We worked with Jeff and ended up getting 1 new phone in store and ended up having the other one shipped out. Everything seemed fairly easy and straight forward that night.12/05/2023 The issues started after we got the other phone in the mail and went to activate it in T-Mobile Newtown Square location because it's the closest to our home. After activating the new phone, the employee told us, that with our plan we should have received the current black Friday promotion-two free apple watches and airpods. We initially came in for the phone activation, as mentioned previously but because the watch was free with a small monthly subscription we decided to have her ad that. Following the watch application, told us that we had to go back to Springfield location to receive our promotional airpods.Following leaving the store, We called Tmobile customer support and they also verified that we needed to go back and get the airpods at the Springfield location.12/06/2023 I called in and talked to out original salesperson, Jeff and explained this all and he said yeah come in later and grab the airpods. So my wife was in the area and stopped into the Springfield location. Suddenly lots of excuses. The best one was Jeff told us that we didn't seem interested in a watch and didn't ask what the promotions were. How are we supposed to know what the promotions are, we don't work at T-Mobile? After many more excuses we were told they couldn't do anything because we purchased the watch elsewhere and it's too late because we cant return and resell you the watch. Also, they told us the airpods aren't really free we would have pay upfront and get a Mastercard. They said we would have to talk to a manager and he wasn't in until Friday. All of a sudden Frank, the manager called in and said they would have had to do the transaction atthe time of the original sale and there was nothing really they can do at this point. If you go to this store don't talk to Jeff or if you do make sure you get the sheet with all the promotions read to you and you see it too. If not you will miss promotions because in Jeff's opinion, you didn't seem interested in promotions. We didn't want to leave a poor review, if the store and T-Mobile wishes to rectify this situation please reach out to us, our information is in your system.Update:12/9 Tried to email the store owner at the provided email address below. I got a bounceback saying the email address is full and it cant be delivered.

I met one of the reps, Gary who was very helpful & patient with me throughout the process of my concerns with my current phone issues & to discuss a possibility of getting a new phone replacement. He took the time to write info on a notepad as to make sure nothing was misunderstood. That’s the kind of service I appreciate!

Good morning,I'd like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your T-Mobile store in Springfield, Pennsylvania, located on Baltimore Pike. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a young lady who offered to assist me with my purchase of the latest iPhone. After providing her with my account information, she asked for my ID and proceeded to take a photo of it from her tablet without seeking my permission. When I inquired about the reason behind this, she explained that it had been a longstanding store policy.Given my more than 10 years as a loyal T-Mobile customer, I found this practice unusual and questioned its necessity. The associate mentioned that they usually perform this task in the back, which led me to wonder why, after all these years, my ID photo wasn't already on file. I chose not to engage in further debate as her responses seemed lacking in professionalism. Our interaction continued, and I selected a phone that, unfortunately, was out of stock at that specific store. When I asked if I could view the available phone to confirm its color, she declined, citing concerns about theft based on a prior incident where someone had taken a phone from her hand. I expressed my belief that making all customers pay for one person's past actions was unprofessional, especially when compared to other cellphone stores like Apple, where customers can inspect the devices before purchase without issue. The associate's response was that Apple didn't mind theft, but T-Mobile did.I felt that this experience did not align with the level of service and professionalism I have come to expect from T-Mobile, and as a result, I chose to leave the store without making any further purchases.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I normally don’t do this but this time it is a must!!I was told by Tmobile to take my phone to any location and an associate would transfer my info over after I received my phone in the mail. So I went to this location to have my old phone acclimated to my new phone. When I walked through the door I said this to the person at the desk, she later told me her name was Talia. Talia was disgustingly rude and incredibly unprofessional. She proceeded to tell me that basically she wasn’t going to help me and I would have to do it myself. She began to reluctantly walk me through the process as she spoke to me as though I was a kid in a classroom. At that point I paused her nonsense and told her that she wasn’t going to speak to me that way and she needed to relax. Long story short, I left / walked out and went to apple and it took them 10 minutes. This little immature girl Talia ( if that’s even her name) does not need to work with the public… she clearly doesn’t have what it takes or the required skill set. Find a new job Talia ! Your customer service is absolutely horrific!! Why do you work for Tmobile ? You are useless. I don’t ever want to be annoyed and bothered by people like you in a place of business. You are a waste of space. I’ve been with Tmobile so many years that I lost count. You make Tmobile look disgraceful.
