Jib was very informative, but he didn't tell me everything concerning the cost of new phone and case and screen protector. They never do.

No help at all. They charged me $65.25 and they never gave me any kind of service they don't even have an account in my name set up but yet they took my money and avoided contact with me they never changed my account from Metro to T-Mobile I think they're one of the worst companies I ever came across and I would advise people to please close your accounts let's support one another they suck and they're taking advantage of us they're stealing from s\\u0026r white politicians are watching it do down at hiding under their desk too afraid to make decision. Shame or T-Mobile and the people that they hire there especially the white women they hire who are doing nothing don't know how to do nothing and are avoiding us shutting our voices down somehow giving us all the impression that women can do it better but they can't.

This visit was not the best nor the worst. Went to upgrade two phones. It seems like I was bothering the young worker from being on her phone when I came in. It was the look, rolling of eyes, and lack of enthusiasm for her job that just did not sit right with me. In any event, I simply went to a different store and was able to upgrade with no issues

Had 2 young men help me with upgrading my phone THEY WERE AMAZING. And so polite. Just make sure it is the one next to the macys the one downstairs is horrible.

Refusal to accept buyers remorse at T-mobile store 1915 / Springfield mall PA, Delvin Shaphiro I have bought an Iphone12 (exchange with old Iphone8) and then realized that the 12+ would have been a way better deal, went back to the store and the manager Dalvin Shapiro was basically refusing to accept the deal. They also added insurance without asking for permission and a new line which should have been free, my bill jumped from $280 to $379 , iwth a total of six lines now !!! I am a T-mobile customer since 11 years and the store was affiliated with Executive Cellular Phones Inc. This was my first time bad experience with my provider T-mobile. Please do yourself a favor and try to avoid that store Store 1915

I called to see if they had a LG v60 screen protectors. The young man looked \\u0026 couldn't find any, but did notify me to contact 611 \\u0026 they could send it to them store. I appreciate the service here vs the young lady at The From all location that immediately said no \\u0026 didn't even check.

There was a tissue in between the seats of T-Mobile at the Springfield mall upstairs it was disgusting the manager of the store Delvin should be ashamed of this store how it’s unprofessionally run I would never come back here ever again the guy Joe the manager was better then this guy but anyways hahahaha keep Clerkin upstairs T-Mobile y’all suck ??
