This is the best Target in the area to do a return at. Multiple times I've had issues with an online order and they've had no problem figuring it out for me. The other Target in the area won't even try my return if it's a "third party" from their website. Shoutout to Amanda for assisting with no problem and figuring it out! She's great.

Only slightly better than the one down the road. What a dump this location has become!Dirty.Empty shelves. Rude and arrogant employees. Big time.Things in clearance section are broken.I've been to other target locations in the area, so I know it can be much better. Glen mills is 4 or 5 stars.

Every time I go to this location, there are boxes and skids of boxes piled up in the middle of the isles. It's a safety hazard. I took pictures of an unmanned dolly and forklift just left out in the grocery section. It was midafternoon! There are always big boxes piled up, blocking the isles so that you can't get down them or skids of boxes that you have to try and maneuver around. It's like this all over the store. This is a constant occurrence at this particular location. This store is a accident or safety lawsuit in the making.

I've been going to this target my entire life. Over the last 5 or so years it has become such a nasty target to shop for clothing at. The fitting rooms are always a mess, even right when target opens. The undies/bra section is an absolute zoo. Underwear on the floor, bras disorganized. Target has color coded sizes on their hangers but the hangers almost never match the actual size of the clothes. The shoe section may as well not exist, it is so chaotic. They're somehow always sold out of almost every pair of stockings. I just get the vibe there's not even someone managing the clothing section of the store. I never have an issue with other sections of the store but I typically go to target for clothes.

This review is based on the general Pizza Hut food offering at Target right now at this particular Target. I had this Llama Cotton Candy flavor and I like it when they have a "special" slushie flavor sometimes. The pizzas they offer are at random and the breadsticks are in rolls and not the typical bread sticks like before. The pizzas were never the personal pizza style that I remember that is what is truly what makes Pizza Hut good (to me) and not just blah. The breadsticks are no longer bread sticks, but these so-so mini "cinnamon" shaped rolls that taste kind of good, but not as good as the original Pizza Hut breadsticks. You can't even ask for them at Target and they just put them out at random whenever they feel like making them. It's ashame they feel like this model will make them more money. They basically expanded the Starbucks cafe and took out the space that was used to make the prior Pizza Hut food. The quality has gone down. The slushie I had was still on-point and quality from Target. I will be trying to avoid this Pizza Hut food from Target from now on and go somewhere else for quick warm food if I can help it.

An employee "Isabelle" was extremely rude & vicious. I heard & witnessed her screaming at other employees. The reason I'm writing this is because I've seen this woman harass & upset multiple people on multiple occasions whilist shopping. I suggest removing her from any position which involves interacting with people! She ruins my entire mood every time I hear her. Thanks.

My trip to the Springfield Mall target was absolutely unacceptable. I encountered 5 associates who were incredibly rude and dismissive. Their demeanor reflected that of someone being bothered or agitated by my question or issue. I'm used to and accept a one off or fluke when it comes to a lack of basic customer service skills, however every single encounter was horrible and moves me to believe that this is indeed the culture of this Target. I won't be going back or telling any friends or family any favorable things about that place. People (like me) shop at target for the value of the experience, because let's face it there are plenty of other places you can go to get the items sold there at a discounted price. So to experience zero customer service, not have any of my needs met all while spending over $100 in this establishment completely sealed the deal for me.

5/25/19 1:30pm. There was a white guy with glasses who was very rude and did racial profiling me. I picked up my order and leaving the store and even though I passed the alarm system without a beep he stopped me and asked for my receipt. I asked him "why? There was no beep?" It didnt matter to him and he still insisted. I showed it to him and he didn't even apologize for accusing me as a thief. I am pretty upset.

Maybe I'm oversensitive to the COVD pandemic but this Target-which I always have liked-failed me miserably. I ordered 11 items from Taget.com to pick up at the store(I always do this because it is a long bus ride and I want to be sure my items are there. Now there is no bus so it is a 2 1/2 hour walk each way). I placed my order and a few hours later got an e-mail that all 11 items were ready to be picked up. I went the next day-there were 3 men in Customer Service/pick-up. They all had masks but 2 only covered their mouths, not their noses(I am over 65 with health issues. This virus could be a very serious problem if I contract it). I checked my order-there were only 7 items. 4 packs of batteries were missing. The guy who was fully masked said he would get them from electronics. I asked him, when he returned, why I was sent an e-mail that said all the items were ready for pick up and what would have happened if electronics had been out. My card is charged when the order is placed, not when I pick it up. He said he didn't know. I started to leave and one of the idiots who only had his mouth covered announced he was going on break and took his mask off!!!. I asked the lady at front who was checking to see that only people with masks enter the store if I could talk to a supervisor. She said there is one there by self-checkout. This supervisor was talking to the guy on break who still had his mask off. I said no, I needed someone higher up. She got one of the store managers and I told him I was annoyed that 4 of my 11 items were missing but even worse he had an employee who had his mask off and was talking to another supervisor. He said he would talk to the man(I doubt if anything will come of it-it will probably be just a "don't do it again" speech). Furthermore, a neighbor of mine went early one day during the time reserved for seniors and noticed a lot of non-seniors in the store. She complained and was told the signage requests that only seniors shop during those hours but they can't mandate it. WHY NOT??? Seriously-incomplete orders(despite an e-mail stating that all items were ready), employees not wearing masks or wearing them incorrectly, letting anyone shop during hours reserved for seniors. Very disappointed.NOTE!!!!!NOTE!!!!!!!!I POSTED THIS FOR THE WRONG TARGET-IT APPLIES TO THE STORE ON BALTIMORE PIKE AND WOODLAND AVENUE-NOT THE MALL TARGET! DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN TRANSFER THIS TO THE STORE IT APPLIES TO WITHOUT RETYPING THE WHOLE THING???? THANKS

Good afternoon to my Yelp Family! This is my very first time, reviewing a Target. Target used to be my go-to-store in my heyday! Now, I rarely patronize Target. Howver, this is about to change, based on my experience here today. As the whole country knows, or should know, if you don't know, you must be under a rock, that the entire world is being plagued by a virus - Corona Virus. Schools are closed, they are talking about - Governor Wolf sent a mandate closing bars and restaurants. This is all to prevent the potential spread of the Corona Virus. The two things that are nonexistent because of the virus, people are purchasing sanitizer and toilet paper like theres no tomorrow!!! My family has enough toilet paper, but I do not want to procrastinate and wait until we are all out! Someone told me that I would find toilet paper here and alas I did. I was so so happy that I snapped a photo and posted it to FB. I would like to help as many folks as I can!!! I didn't get the sanitizer, but the toilet paper I did get. So one out of two is not bad!!! Also I proceeded to the self check out line and Anne, Target associate, was stationed there. Anne asked if I needed a bag for the toilet paper and I said yes please!!! Also Yelp Family, due to the scarcity of toilet paper, only one per person can purchase one pack. Anne was polite, professional and kind. I will definitely visit this Target again!!! Good night Yelp Family!!! Please check out my Gofundme/Fundraiser Please like, share, comment and donate. Thanks in advance.

I also stopped at this Target and again could not find the item in question. I was able to find a Target Team Member here who made honest effort to help me locate the item the website saId was in stock but was nowhere to be found. She tried to locate the person who works that area on the walkie but they did not respond but she persevered. Unfortunately we were not successful but this young lady did her best.

Normally this target is clean but after a visit on Sunday I am extremely disappointed. The bathrooms were an absolute disaster, toilet paper everywhere, toilets not flushed, and other disgusting problems. I could not find a target employee to report this to so I just left. I am very disappointed.

I've thought about leaving a review for this Target for a long time, but after today I can no longer put it off. Today I went here with an 8-item shopping list and went 0-for-8. My list was made up of common grocery items (milk, Eggo waffles, etc) that Target carries, but this store was OUT. OF. EACH. ONE. The shelves looked picked over like you'd expect to see after calls for a major winter storm. It was 1:00 PM on a sunny Friday. And this is hardly the first time I've encountered this problem, though admittedly I've never before been entirely shut out. Walking the aisles of this store is like being trapped in Monty Python's "Cheese Shop" sketch. Maybe one day I'll figure out what day of the month this Target gets restocked and visit on that day. Rating: 1 star because Yelp makes you give 1 star; half star because this is the closest Target to me (location, location, location!); another half star because there have never, as far as I know, been any wild animal attacks here.

Great place for when you don't wanna pay the idiot soda tax that Kenney cooked up. I used a Pepsi coupon I acquired in the mail from Pepsistuff.com, and it worked. The price for one 2-litre bottle of Pepsi (Yes, sometimes I spell words the way the Brits do) is $1.66. The max allowed to free beverage is $1.99. I've saved myself at least a dollar than if I were to use the same coupon in Philly. Great place Five star rating, plus the official Frank_L seal of approval, even though it is outside of the city. For those who don't drive like myself, go to 69th St. Transit hub, then either take the 110 bus or the 101 trolley, doesn't matter. Those modes of transportation will both take you there.
