Do not shop here unless you want them to steal your money. The price on display for the towels I bought were $9 and $14. I looked at my receipt when I got home and it was up charged, $10 and $15! Target needs to lose all of its business for thievery!

Usually like the store. Just irritates me that employees put items on the shelves that aren't allowed to be sold yet. It'd be one thing if this was an isolated incident but its happened to me at least 4 times. If the item is on the shelf its YOUR (targets) fault that its there. Just sell the damn thing to me ffs

I had an incredible experience with manager David who went out of his way to help me a problem. he demonstrated amazing customer service, leadership and a willingness to help! will definitely return. Lots of great products and perfectly sized store, very clean.

If you're in a rush then I recommend coming here, but other than that stay away. Not really clean, disorganized, and the people are rude. I recommend just going to the Springfield mall target. That has a much better selection.

They never freaking answer their phone! I'm the only person in drive up pick up and it's taking them more than 20 minutes to bring out my order! Absolutely ridiculous service!!

I enjoy coming to the Springfield location, they have two levels kinda feels like your in a little mall. I noticed they have cheaper prices also compared to the City Ave location. It's always nice to drop in Starbucks for a Chai Latte while shopping. Target never disappoints.

Went to target today and used the self check out and was profiled for stealing. Note: Henry who runs self check out only profiled African Americans and none of the Caucasian customers. I spoke with Maddie the who said she was the manager and explained the situation to her and she said he was just doing his job. I guess his job is to profile every African American.. I won't be going back to this store..

Self checkouts gets turned off at 8 when the store closes at 11 makes no sense, stocking people suck at there jobs, service sucks. Go to the mall one
