Came for pick up yesterday and Ayhan (I believe?)brought me my order with amazing customer service and promptness. This Target is absolutely incredible with even better staff. Shout out Ayhan! Keep up the good work; charming young man!

This target location is clean but the five stars mostly goes to Starbucks. I normally make my order online through the Starbucks app so I was a bit nervous to tell the Barista how I want my coffee. But, the Baristas made me feel so comfortable in sharing my favorite flavors without giving an attitude. The whole experience was filled up with laughter, smiles and understanding. Venique really hooked up my drink and I am still thinking about it til this day. Hopefully, I will see her again soon! Thank you Ladies!

My 'go-to' place for so many things - for ex. fancy hairbands to wear for a recent wedding. They need more security; ex: on my most recent visit I saw 2 separate customers placing items into their purses as they browsed the women's clothing sections. There are not enough workers for such a big store!

This Target has the nicest people working here. The customer service can’t be beat. They always have plenty of time to answer questions & if you’re trying to find a particular item they will go out of their way to find it.

I love this target, their phones don’t work though. Every time you select a department the phone hangs up which is very annoying. Especially when their order pick up system was down yesterday and I drove there for no reason so now I’m just trying to call to see if it is back up so that I can get my order.

I normally don’t write reviews. Especially since I use to work for the company 6 years ago. But I came in and was trying to purchase a pur filter replacement, usually these replacement filters come with a coupon in the box that you have to use before the end of the year. And I always seem to forget I have it. But it takes $2.00 off, so I came in today cause I needed the replacement filter and I actually remembered to bring the coupon with me. I was told I could not use the coupon. That they didn’t except it. Maybe that’s my own fault for going to self check out and trying to use it there. I asked the girl who was watching the self check out and she told me that they don’t accept them. How do you sell a product and don’t accept the products coupon that comes with it. It makes no sense. I still have the coupon so maybe I’ll try it at another target or something but that just seems wrong to me. If your not gonna let customers use the coupon that came with the product why sell the damn thing at all. I mean it was only $2.00 off but $2.00 is still $2.00. But I’ll try it at another one.

I needed to return an incorrectly purchased ink printer cartridge for the correct one. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock. So I had my return credited back to my TARGET CARD..No problem whatsoever. Excellent Experience *****

My question, is it just Philly and everyone is a horribly rude person or is it just all stores (targets, Starbucks, Walmarts) in Philly that have only horribly rude people working for them. Every person in your electronics department should be fired! I am shocked how there is not customer service.

We Love Target! they have excellent Standards, great shopping inside and their pickup is so convenient. We always appreciate their Friendly/helpful associates, (most Imp)their personal commitment to cleanliness, and bright happy updated appearance!we want one at the shore! Target has Class????⭐️??

Excellent help from the staff, specifically at self check out. It’s my go to target for sure. The only one negative thing is a very odd, Obese, security guard, who has no manners self restraint, or respect in any aspect of life for others. Besides him, and besides that, A+!

I'm pretty sure the workers are staging a passive strike right now. There are 2 lines during a major rush, yet they're sitting there doing nonsense, with gigantic grins on their faces. Please management, give them whatever it takes to make your business operational.

I like the store I like the prices but I don't necessarily like that self-checkout because I have eye problems and I can't see it very well so always keep a cash register up open I'm there once a week

I went in to get a vacuum, the site said 4 in stock but none were on the shelf. I pressed the ask for help button which said a team member was on the way. I waited for over 5 minutes, so long that the ask for help button timed out and no one showed up. The one team member who passed us said she couldn’t help, because she was on cart.I get being short staffed but remove that call for team member button if no one will show up.

I enjoy my visits to Tar-J lol so resourceful, variety of choices through clothing, household, sports and etc. , love that their a Pizza hut/Starbucks attached. Tar-J can get all my money :) Only issue I ever had they can get employees to clean bathrooms more often. I find when I use the restroom its messy in the toilet and sink area.

I am so upset and saddened by what this Target did to my nephew. My nephew suffers from cerebral palsy and Asperger’s. He was terminated due to “not meeting his quota” This is most definitely against ADA considering the termination was due to a manifestation of his disability. His one supervisor was very rude to him and treated him poorly. I do want to thank his supervisor Justin who always went out of his way to help my nephew. Target might need to look into some sensitivity training!!
