The business I work for has an account with TD. I had a small check to cash form work “$85”. To cash the check they wanted $10 or open an account. Again my place of business already has an account there. Asked to speak with the manager. His people skills are the same as the rating of the bank he works at. The rating is 2.5! , I think that speaks loud and clear as to the lack of leadership and poor business practices at TD. First and last experience with TD for me.

Idnt understand why this bank doesnt have 5stars. There are plenty of td banks ican walk into but iliterally make an appt to go to this particular one. ileave work early to go here. They handle all of my account and the guy there named chase peterson is an amazing guy and always helps me out with my accounts and services. He seems to be the leader there and always gets everything done. So far iam a satisfied customer of td bank. Thank you

Victoria really went above and beyond to help us today! There was a mixup with the paperwork on our loan and she really went above and beyond to speak to the right internal managers to get everything resolved.While this issue is not fully rectified yet, I'm really happy that she's helping us get it resolved and have full confidence in her! Thank you :)

Went to apply for a personal loan with my Grandmother. The girl who originally was supposed to take care of us was new so unfortunately she needed help from a coworker. VICTORIA…. Was extremely rude and condescending to my Grandmother. Shouldn’t be working in customer service in my opinion. If I could give negative stars I would. Go to Macdade location don’t waste your time here :)

Went into Springfield branch after having a horrible experience at the Havertown branch today Aug. 24, 2022, couldn't have been treated any better from the moment walking into the Springfield branch. Victoria the manager was excellent!! I give them 5 stars for customer service!!

Baltimore Pike Springfield PaA bank full of black racists. Disgusting!!Racism in any form (white on black or black on white) has no place in our society!Maybe next time them fools will turn off the drive thru microphone before sitting back laughing at people while spewing their trashy racists remarks!! Went there to cash a simple company check from one of their account holders. It turned into a racial harassment event that left my wife and I in total shock!Big shout to the company who made our expensive dashcam! Caught every single nasty racist comment that came out of their hate filled racists mouths!!It is outrageous that this bank has a staff, like 4 or 5 we could see, full hate filled racists operating openly and could care less!We contacted their corporate people. They seem completely unconcerned for what we had went thru at that branch. We will see how interested they get when we upload the unedited video and audio of the 25-minute event on every social media platform we can find!!

It's incredibly disorganized and under staffed. Walked in for a replacement card. No one addressed me...I had to call someone over to try to figure out where who will be able to assist me. It's as simple as having someone do a 3 second greeting to every guest so we have an idea of what the current program is. Usually you sit in the waiting area and someone helps...no longer the case. Note to self... don't assume traditional service.

The manager here is the worst. Can’t seem to get a working printer. General rudeness is ridiculous. Always takes an hour or more to resolve any problem. Not as bad as BoA, but close.

Staffer at the counter had the intuition to know that a customer who wrote their checking account number meant to deposit in their savings account number. Fast, friendly, and efficient!
