Avoid SPRINGFIELD location! The manager was extremely rude when completing an exchange. I was giving her a coupon to scan for my purchase, and she stated that since she had already swiped merchandise card that she could not go back even though I had it ready. She was on her phone at the time of transaction telling the individual, "I'll call you back". She was completely unprofessional and wouldn't give me her name or reply number to be able to complain.

I only gave 2 stars because the customer service suck the one girl always look like she hate her job or just people in general wrong career choice honey. I love their clothes and prices other than that.

this ONE STAR is just because of the cashier(old lady) she is rude and nothing nice with the customers.- I prefer to buy online 100%~kind·ness~the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.Review Update** 10.20.23First I can’t believe that old lady keeps working as cashier at this location ??? she keeps being the same rude, arrogant person! Disgusting very disgusting. Keep away from this location!

I have been going to Children's place for years for my Grandson and as of yesterday Sat I will never go again the lady at the counter was so so rude to my daughter this Lady should not be working with the public and will be calling the Corp office tomm this place has lost a real good customer so people beware

Online it says that your store opens at 10 am. The two woman in the store never said anything about opening at 11am. Horrible! Please change hours before you waste other people’s time

The old women who works at Springfield Mall, Who is also most likely the person described in low reviews below was completely rude to me this afternoon, her name is Karen. That is not an insult that is her actual name.My mother in law ordered slippers online for Christmas but they were too small. One pair was tried on and the other only had the tags taken off but weren’t tried on at all. My 4yr was so devastated but I promised I’d be back with a pairs that fit.A store employee helped me most graciously, then Karen walked over intrusively stating I could only have store credit, which I agreed bc I wanted slippers not money. She then inspected the returned slippers tediously, finding some dust from my daughter trying them on and said the transaction could not completed. And said she could only provide me a shipping label.Thanks a lot! If she’s someone in charge she clearly doesn’t care for customers or children.

This store is very nice and well organized. Great prices, sales and discounts. I am giving this store only 3 stars because the cashier and manager, I am assuming is the (old lady with glasses and heavy New york or Jersey Accent) is not very friendly or people oriented. She is very brash and brusk. Did not give me a smile when I came in and unfortunately, had to return $400 worth of School Uniforms because my kid's school changed it's uniform policy unexpectedly. She would not take back much of what I had because it had been removed from the packaging and came in packs She claimed she couldn't match the items to the pack they came out of but I had printed out my order form showing what matched with what. It wouldn't have taken that long to match the items and the store was not full. She just didn't want to match the items and used an obscure excuse to not deal with the return and not do her job. In addition I had already called ahead to find out if the items could be returned without the tags and was told yes, as long as it's within 45 days. I called the customer service number and they said the same. The day before that I called a young girl picked up, rudelly, and left me on hold until I eventually hung up. I won't be going back here for returns. Doing by mail from now on.

Service extremely horrible. Cashier very smug and rude. Lines are horrendous covid precautions are definitely not being followed in this Springfield mall location. Waited in line for 25 minutes or longer just to do a store return only to be treated as if I was the one who made them wait.. Will not returnis sad

One of our favorite locations to shop for our daughter and niece's/ nephews. They have a favorite or clothing styles to accommodate any person's taste.I always experienced great customer service and a clean store. I definitely recommend checking this location out.

Absurd delivery policy. The word "overnight" can mean five days. They literally said that when I called. Terrible customer service experience. They shouldn't blame amazon- they are doing this to themselves.
