I took my car in to get inspection and they tried to rip me off with bogus repairs. The right side mirror, a lug nut, and a high beam bulb needed replaced. They were going to charge $900+. I did all the repairs myself for $110. I'm glad I was raised by mechanics and didn't fall for their lies. Oh and the high beam bulb, it was unplugged, and worked perfectly fine after I plugged it back in. I still replaced it because I already bought it, but if you value honesty or getting a good price, avoid this place.

Lisa was an absolute amazing help! After trying multiple places for reasonable prices for a tire change and inspection, Tires Etc was the winner for us. Lisa was very patient in explaining the process and recommended tires for my car. Would definitely come back again.

This place is a scam! They told Me My care failed. I took the car to another spot and it passed! Do not go to the Springfield location! They take your money and give You a false inspection!

This was the second time that I went to this place to get my tire repairs. Twice and both experiences were charmed! Lisa, the manager, she was always there to help with her knowledge and always tried to work with you. My other car was also under care of this place. Thank you, Lis!! You have never disappointed me!! Dropped my car off the night before for inspection and it was done by morning time. Very quick and everyone was very respectful , accommodating and happy to help . Lisa was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend !

The mechanics do a good job and I'm genuinely satisfied with the work they do. They get paid horribly compared to what the shop charges the customers.
The reason I'll never come back to this place is specifically because of the service advisors. I'm not going to name him but one person in particular is a middle-aged man from new jersey. He knows exactly how to sweet talk you and play with your emotions to extract thousands of dollars out of you. He's a total pro at it and makes the company a lot of money.
He'll never be fired because he knows how to get money out of people. But he's the reason why so many people are upset with the company and will never come back.

I priced a few different tires from some other shops in the area.
Tires Etc. had better prices by a long shot for the exact same tires.
I was shocked by what other shops were charging. The difference was substantial.
Lisa C. is the owner operator and her main concern is doing right by her customers.
Don't pay more than you have too.
Tires Etc. will save you $$$$.
