We visited the Ulta Springfield location to purchase some facial products, and I had limited knowledge about what to choose. Ray kindly took the time to offer great insight into both facial and lip products. He was caring, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you, Ray, for the excellent service!

This day i witnessed the most unprofessional behavior, a young lady by the name of Sierra, was very helpful and trying to help shade match then was in the middle of ringing me up when one of the managers ( I was told her name was Dietra ) was being loud and obnoxious telling someone to ask “ what’s her face “ and i figured she was referring to Sierra because said what her name was and proceeded to finish checking me out and helped the gentleman out as well. Sierra kept her cool but the other lady was ignorant and said “no one was talking to you “ and “ if you have a problem we can go to the back” like I had never witnessed such unprofessional behavior before

Came in for nail polish and some help to color match foundation. Natassia and Violet were so lovely to work with on this adventure. They both are super sweet, knowledgeable, kind and overall amazing people. I am so grateful for their help. I will be driving from NE Philly to this exact location in the future because of how amazing these two women are. Much love <3

I had a great experience getting a curly cut by Layla in the salon. I had recently attempted to give myself a trim, but didn’t do a great job. Layla listened to my vision and thoughtfully examined my hair to find the best way to execute. She was so sweet and often asked for feedback, I love the results! Thank you!

Maybe today was a bad day. I ordered pick-up and sat in the parking spot for 30 minutes before going inside to pick up my order. The shift seemed chaotic. No one to help except at the register. So not only did we wait for a while in the curbside spot we also had waited in line for help as well!! Poor customer service

Cashier Name: Amina
I normally get a great experience and I’m so upset i didn’t get the name of the lady on the floor but she was VERY HELPFUL AND SWEET, but the lady who rung me up (Amina) was VERY RUDE. She didn’t even great me when i approached the counter just continued to talk to other cashier. Didn’t even give me eye contact when it was time to pay she pointed to the machine to prompt me to pay. When i attempted to tap it didn’t work as there was something else i needed to answer she pointed again and said “donate” again without the contact. When transaction went through she handed me my receipt again no words, no thank you, nothing. Just “Next” was her response. I’ve never felt so belittled in my life. This was the worst experience i have ever had at Ulta.

Customer service was Amazing!! Me and Mother asked Julie (sorry if I spelt her name wrong) about tanning mousse and sprays, she gave us the best customer service! We also needed to get my foundation color match and again she helped us out with amazing care. Thank you Julie!

I have been three times to the Salon, and have had a haircut, blowout, hair color and hair styling by Layla, and it has been the best! She is super sweet! She understands everything and cover all doubts with a ton of patience and care. I really recommend her! Every service I have done there has been top top. Thank so much!

Mind you this was my first time ever tried to color my hair. I literally wanted a simple brown color which was already overpriced and I booked with $100 something. The lady Marie literally scammed me by doubling the price which she charged me $237 without addressing it before. All the time she was complimenting my natural hair without doing her job properly. As you can see my she absolutely did nothing on my hair. Also my boyfriend was getting stuffs for me and one ulta staff kept following him as if he didn’t feel offended. Thank you ulta for scamming your consumers in a humiliating way and keep loosing your loyal customers for your shitty behaviors.
