I came in today to add another phone to my prepaid account. Walk through the door and Lira immediately helped me out. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Got home and tried to migrate the phone to the account and hit the wall. Was on with a "live agent" or should I say agents ...& it was awful!! Came back to the store and Marcus got the job done! When we left the account was updated correctly and the new phone was ready to go! HIGHLY recommend the staff here! They are friendly, knowledgeable and so kind!!

Verizon at the Springfield location has been an incredibly reliable and helpful resource for all my cell phone needs. Whether I visited the store in person, reached out to them online, or spoke to them on the phone, their customer service has consistently been outstanding. Their staff is knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to assist. I am highly appreciative of the stellar service I have received and would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in need of a cell phone carrier. 5 stars all the way!"

Thanks to the staff at this store. Plenty of staff to help with a number of customers. I needed help transferring from X to 15. I sought help because the X did not update to iOS 17. A nice competent young man checked everything was saved to iCloud and then transferred to the new 15. He couldn’t activate my phone. I had to call because it was a business phone. He provided the number and after a short call and 5 mins later my 15 was installing all my apps. The process took a total of 15 mins and No Charge!! Thanks Verizon and the store staff.

Went to this store today as my play store was not downloading apps. The young lady did not ask for my customer info not even to pull up my info. Told me they only sell phones there and I need to go to best buy geek squad if I am having problems with my phone. I left and went at a cellular sales location and my phone was fixed 20 mins later.

I have about 25 business accounts with Verizon. The level of workers in this store is too low to be trusted to serve Verizon customers. If you are not a buyer, do not go to them just to solve a problem. They will lie, make jokes, and laugh at you if you are upset by their praise of you. The biggest justification they have for dismissing you from the store is: the system is down or the manager is not there. This is what happened to me and to others. Stupid justifications, and they think they are good justifications and that they are smart, but they are extremely stupid. My question to the owner is: Was the system down between 6 and 7 p.m. on 12/19/23?

If there was 0/5 this store earned it! Just wasted over 45 minutes getting transferred to this locations number (finally...I spoke to 3 representatives and waited for majority of the time). The MINUTE the phone stopped ringing, I assumed a store employee finally was going to answer (phone rang for 5+ minutes). However, they simply proceeded to hangup the call. What a joke. Now I either begin another 45 minute process to be hung-up on or simply never go near this place again (this seems like a better option)

I am not sure about the other employees, but I had a great experience with Shawnee/Shawnie (not sure how she spells it). She was super helpful and nice. Usually I dread going to Verizon stores, but this was a pleasant experience.

I went through a lot of work placing my order with no help from the employees ! Once my order was ready for pickup they refused to accept my government documentation even tho my order confirmation said it was allowed . I do not recommend this location at all . Very unhelpful the staff just watched as I struggled to place an order . When another customer entered they were greeted differently and treated well .

My husband and I were very displeased with the customer service at this location. We went several times in one week for help with converting our separate phone accounts into one and every time we went we were sent away with a phone number to call. Whenever we tried calling the number it wouldn’t work for us and they ended up doing it wrong and messing our plan up completely. When we went in person for the final time, we were not only ignored and brushed off, but they again gave us a number to call instead of trying to help guide us on resolving the issue. After standing in the store for 20 mins and being ignored, we decided to leave and go across the street to AT&T to compare their phone plans. We were helped immediately and guided along the whole way with friendliness and respect, and we ended up switching carriers that night. We both have had verizon for years now, but they have gone so far downhill with their service that it drove us away as loyal customers. We were even told by AT&T that they had 9 customers that day switch from Verizon to their service. That speaks volumes. Verizon, do better.

Came in the store ignored, not one person asked how can i help you. When i went to ask someone,they said go back and call from your house. Called verizon for two days they could not connect my i phone 15 to cell service . Went to ATT across from Verizon store immediately they gave me cell service.For two days i had no cell phone service from Verizon.

The staff and manager were helpful. The staff was professional and efficient. The store had a clean restroom. I was in and out in minutes.

Disappointed, went into get help with a smart watch that I bought about 2 months ago and was turned away stating "we don't do warranty work, that is assurion". Talked to assuring, they don't do warranties verizon does. After talking with Verizon filed my warranty and they told me I could have done it in store.

Their staff named Seth is very rude. I am a new Verizon customer and will not go to that branch again. I don't recommend it to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went into the store today to replace my father's phone. The woman who was "helping" us, I didn't catch her name, was absolutely horrible. She was very rude, cocky, and should not be an employee there. We left there without receiving the help we needed, because she came right out and told us to go to Best Buy to buy the phone! Absolutely unacceptable! And we will be looking for a new phone carrier!

Just a quick shout out to Daron at the Verizon store in Springfield. He walked me through the whole process of getting a new phone and transferring all my data to the new phone. He spent time with me and answered all my questions. He managed to do this, while also helping out another customer at the same time.Good job Daron, thanks for making a normally frustrating process a breeze.
