“Great staff! We had to send our cat of 10 years across the Rainbow Bridge today. The staff saw us very quickly on a busy Saturday. Dr Knapp, Matt and the whole team treated us with great compassion and tenderness. The incredible receptionist kept our puppy, Tucker while Lisa and I stayed with Smokey throughout her transition. Thanks to the whole Springfield Banfield team for helping us through a very difficult time.”

“Vca was great with my cat who has been very sick. I took my cat in recently and saw vet Doctor abbey Earle. She was so good with my cat and provided such great care for him. Her tech was a small blond young lady and she was also helpful and was very patient with me when she went over the medications with me before leaving the hospital. I don't remember her name but they both answered my book of questions. Everyone at Vca has been so welcoming and I had a very nice experience.”
