Vision works on Baltimore pike was probably the best eye exam and experience dealing with real professionals. All the techs explain everything in detail and when you talk with the doctor online they really take the time to explain any problems you might have and really seem to care about your vision. Had to give Ms Maria who did my breakdown of the glasses I wanted to buy a great and fun experience. I definitely will be back next year thanks to all the great employees at this location. I recommend that anyone looking for eye care try this location.

Great store, great staff, great doctors. I was here for my daughter’s eye appointment 2 weeks ago and went back for my own appointment yesterday. Both times it was a different doctor and many different staff members but we had a quick, pleasant, no pressure visit both times. Normally, when you go to an eye doctor the staff kind of pressure you to buy glasses right then and there and to purchase contacts before you leave. (I hate that and it stresses my daughter out when she feels like she has to choose something asap). It was pleasantly the opposite experience at Visionworks. They answered my questions regarding insurance coverage and let us go look around with no pressure, the gentleman at the desk even said “I made sure your prescriptions are here in your bag so if you decide to purchase your glasses and contacts elsewhere you’ll have it.” Every other place I’ve been to always makes me ask for it and gets a slight attitude about it because they know that likely means I’m not buying anything from them. So I highly recommend Visionworks in Springfield.

All of the employees were so kind & professional, and all around amazing! They really take care of your individual needs while making a priority & not just a "customer". The Dr Alfredo was awesome! I've found my new vision home in the VisionWorks Springfield office. Thank you!

I stopped in yesterday, I had two pairs of glasses that I love that I needed new lenses put in. Zach D. was extremely helpful & informative. He took me right away even though I didn't have an appointment & explained everything to me. I will definitely be back!
