Vivid in Springfield PA is the worst. We are still waiting for some contacts for my husband since September going into the beginning of October. Now it’s been over 3 months and not even a courtesy call. We are the ones reaching out to see what’s the update. The front lady said that she would give me a call with updates, which she never did. Now I’m calling and every time they never answer their phones, bad business and bad customer service will never order again from them again.

I had an appointment that was scheduled for 4:20pm. It did not start until 5:05pm. The main receptionist and Pre-screening tech/receptionist seemed to clash. I will say I loved how the main receptionist went over to tell me if I had any cost associated with my exam. In addition, I loved Christina who went over my prescription with me and explained my eye imaging.
