Back when I was a kid, pharmacists were professional, helpful, and courteous, but that’s not the case here at this location. The staff are ghetto and disorganized. My prescriptions always late, with a line of 5 or 6 other people waiting for theirs. Calling is usually answered by someone saying they’re “on break,” and that the entire pharmacy takes a break “at the same time.” Mind you, there are 5 or 6 pharmacists here…but they all gotta take a break at the same time and be belligerent about it. There’s football and basketball to talk about together, I guess…

I had a problem with my prescription coverage and the head pharmacist (I did not catch his name) was very helpful in transferring it across the street to Acme. Nice and helpful staff.

This location has become the worst. Understaffed, scripts never ready after 24 hrs. You can't talk to anyone, drive thru is a nightmare, waited 15 minutes for them to tell me script not ready, come back!! Been 24 hrs since Dr ordered. My husband is in pain, simple script, NOT opioid!!

This Walgreens has the worst pharmacy ever! I am not sure if they are understaffed, or if they just don't want to answer the phone but every time I try to call them for refilling a prescription or anything else there is always an issue. Not to mention that any staff members I have spoken to aren't very friendly or much help at all. Can't tell you how many times I have called to refill a prescription, called back later to see if it's ready and they never even filled it! Very inconsiderate and not sure how the majority of the staff even bacame pharmacists! So ready to switch to another pharmacy!

There was a dead mouse in the middle of isle 3 and sticky dried urine on the bottles of Ensure on the shelf for sale. The whole back of the store smelled like mildew. What an experience.

One of the lady staff members who handled the pharmacy counter at 12 pm at the Baltimore Pike branch was lethargic. No one could hear what she was saying because she spoke without opening her mouth. When we asked her to repeat herself, she was reluctant to do so. Please arrange a microphone for this staff member as her voice is very feeble and hard to understand. This is not a criticism, just a suggestion for better customer satisfaction.

Cashier kept me waiting to pick up photo. If they are short staffed they need to manage both lines by taking turns. Common sense. Will not use wallgreens anymore. Every time I am there there is only one person even on weekends. Long waits

Slowest pharmacy in Springfield! Flue shots take forever. I filled out form online but it never goes through and they make you fill it out again. CVS is quick and efficient. Go there!

Needed to put money on my PayPal card. How do you get a few beauty essentials and Personal essentials overall very clean helpful I was someone around to help you. I give it a five star. The only thing is parking getting in and out of the parking lots a little hard.
