My wife Deanna and I worked with Bryan throughout our house hunt this spring. We were first-time home buyers, and the market was highly competitive. Bryan was excellent at educating us about what to look for in a home, the process, and really listened to our wish list to help us land our dream home. Bryan was always very quick to reply to our messages and was very available to coordinate showings around our schedule. At showings, Bryan helped us evaluate homes with a discerning eye and we always felt he gave us an honest assessment of any potential house we toured. It took us some time to find the right home, and Bryan never pressured us to put in any offers on homes we didn't really love. It was always clear to us that Bryan truly cared about helping us find the right home vs. just getting us into any house as quickly as possible. Bryan was extremely helpful as I searched for and purchased my new home. He guided me through a crazy housing market, and I ended up finding the perfect place for me. I found Bryan on Zillow, and we worked together over several months to obtain an out-of-state investment property. He is a seasoned professional that went above and beyond to source and showed me properties "virtually" until the right property was selected.It was a massive weight off my shoulders to have Bryan manage the process from start to finish, including setting up inspections, working with the title company and my lender.I flew into town for settlement, and everything was in order.I highly recommend Bryan and will be working with him on future projects.

In the most competitive rental market shortage I’ve ever experienced, Bryan helped us lock down our dream apartment. He listened to our needs, sent us listings and set up showings, and acted with urgency to lock down the lease. The rental management team had made several mistakes in drafting our lease due to an all new staff. Bryan quickly identified inconsistencies in the lease language and payment, and the management team approved his corrections. I couldn’t believe it.
