This branch is by far the worst branch of aarons yet rude ignorant and customer satisfaction doesn't matter to them I will never shop with aarons again after this last encounter

I do not recommend this store. The employees are so rude. And they like to steal your money. I ordered a bed over a month ago. Told me it was gonna be 4 weeks so I cancelled and went somewhere else. Mind you, I was sleeping on an air mattress 2 months prior to contacting Aarons. So 4 weeks wasn't fast enough.I spent 87.97 for my first payment, I've contacted the store and spoke to several different employees for a refund. They say my money will be there on a certain day and it's never there. I wait a few days before calling the store again just to make sure. I've been waiting 2 weeks now for a refund. Literally took money from me for a bed that I didn't have a chance to touch or use. And when i've had enough and done with it, my mother takes it on herself to call the store for a immediate refund. And this Adam dude gets rude with her real quick telling her it's impossible for me to get my refund right now? I have to wait for the store to get their funds to reimburse me, how come it's taken so long? Why are you guys even in business if your not making money? My mother is also a customer that pays $300 a month and she's about to return her stuff and go to House of Television. Come on Aarons! You lost one customer and you're about to loose another good customer.EDIT: MY MONEY WAS FINALLY REFUNDED!With every negative review on every site I could, and every ear listening on the phone they finally heard me. Thanks Aarons! Quit screwing people around and actually hire some decent people!

They are very helpful very informative any questions you have they have an answer for you if they don't they going to find the answer for you if you need to repair the quick come out to you even if you just call them you might think it's a stupid question but it's not to them they give you the answers you need and try to help you out the best you can they go above and beyond

Very friendly and helpful sales staff. They ensure you understand your sales agreement before you sign as opposed to other stores that ask you to sign and not give you time to read and understand the terms

Tried to get a bed through them (one of which was displayed in their store), just a different size. They said they had to order it, to which we said no problem. Then come to find out, that bed was discontinued. Even though on display, it was impossible to get. So they suggested a similar bed (to which we just saw a black and white photo of). We did our own research at home on the new bed and were satisfied, just had to wait on them ordering this one. After 4 weeks of us calling them to get any information at all, they were continuously unable to get it ordered. In the end, we went with another company where we had no issues. Very frustrating all in all.
