I was disappointed with my recent visit to this location. While shopping, I overheard one of the employees loudly sharing personal opinions that felt inappropriate and unprofessional for the workplace. I believe a store should be a welcoming environment for everyone, free of negative or divisive remarks. I hope management encourages staff to keep conversations respectful and professional so that all customers feel comfortable returning.

A must have place for Saint Marys, but unfortunately service is horrible. After several visits and not being asked if I needed help or even greeted when I walked in and feeling like my shopping there was interrupting their personal interactions and conversations

Always seems to have those hard to find parts. Great variety of different household items. Great quality lumber , way better than lowes or homeless. Assistants find you, you don't have to look for them . They take you to what you are looking for, instead of just telling you where it should be .

I love the selection overall but I do not like the prices. I stupidly paid over a $100 for a railing plus hardware. The pieces of wood for railing were warped and beat up. In this case, the selection was awful. The individuals working in that section of the store were clueless as well. I am going to travel to Dubois the next time, I need materials and hardware for my house.
