“Returning reviewer here. Another 10? review with our stove purchase. You know sometimes you purchase new and something immediately goes wrong, it's all part of life. BUT so many don't get a lightening fast resolution from Big Box stores like Western Home Appliance provides. Called, they sent Chuck, their Service Tech over, he was in and out troubleshooting the issue in minutes. 4 days later, a new control panel was installed and I was back in business. Folks, in today's world, THIS is what sets one apart from another. Being treated with kindness, a smile, professionalism and integrity is the Bees-knees! Thank YOU WHA!!! (First pot of bone broth this year is rolling beautifully)”
