i really like the store the manager has gone out of her way to help get the parts that i need. everybody in the store is very polite and helpful i recommend the store.

I have to say Andrea, store manager is amazing! We were driving through PA and she was so kind and helpful. She taught me how to change my air filter and gave great product advice. I work in retail and it’s great to see managers that lead by example. Wish more people were as helpful in the retail world. We made it to our destination and we are so grateful! Thank you Andrea!

Andrea the manager needs to come down off the high horse she is prancing around on and learn to listen and appreciate her workers more. She was rude and demeaning to the employees, l can guarantee I will never work there if she is the manager.

Andrea Miller needs to go. She's the worst manager the store ever had. She's rude, disrespectful, and treats you like She's better than you. I'll be going online for my parts as of this point. Don't need to be treated like that.

Dude in there sucked, made me wait 15 minutes at a register just to ring up some brake fluid, bring a card to use self checkout or go to a different store it’s not worth the inconvenience

Very helpful staff. Some mix up with inventory but readily fixed. Staff offered and switched out wipers. Made sure I selected correct headlights before I purchased them. Thanks.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly, clean. I live in Jax Fl and had to call my cousin Andrea Miller, store Manager to get help with a part because the staff at store 4833 here in Jax sold me a spark plug for a car when I had asked for a lawn mower plug! Also 4833 did not honor my military discount. Too busy eating at the register at 4833! Fabulous staff at 1828, St. Marys PA. Thank you for your help!

Sent my daughter in to buy a part for her SUV and the lady behind the counter (name tag said Desiree) sold her the wrong part. When you have someone that works at a auto part store they should know alittle something about vehicles. I think I would rather shop at advance auto from now on.
