This representative in St Mary’s Pennsylvania was top notch. Shay had a store with 9 customers when we entered and she greeted us promptly. She also was taking care of 3 customers at the same time. Super informative and helped us benefit with a better plane. We are super grateful for doing business with her and Cricket. Cricket, you should be proud for hiring Shay.

I like Cricket Wireless, but wasn't completely happy with the St. Marys store. Did my research ahead of time and I felt like I knew more than the salesperson. They were very pushy with wanting me to purchase things I didn't want. Ended up going to the Dubois location and was much happier with my experience.

They need too make sure their employees are fully trained before they leave them alone in the store. Went there and couldn't get what we wanted because the employee wasn't trained . This is not the first time this happened too me . Thank u

I Was pretty much told by an employee that my phone was outdated and a piece ******, completely refused to sell me a screen protector, told me to save my money for 2 months and get my upgrade. I dropped my phone the very next day and the screen shattered now mind you this was the galaxy 10 s+ that was rendered useless. Also who talks a customer 100% out of spending money everything I asked for I was either told I couldn't afford or didn't need

Went to the store 12/23 talked to them about switching and getting new phones for Christmas. They told me they will hold phones for me until 12/24, I went there today to get switched now they say phones are not on sale, sale ended on 12/23 the day I spoke with them about switching and arrange to come back the next day! Real nice
