I never knew this place was in St. Mary's. I was having a terrible time finding baseball items for my boy without "breaking the bank." After my aunt told me about this business, my boy and I stopped by. I couldn't believe how reasonable everything was compared to other sporting good places. I will return next year for all of my baseball needs. I also must say that the employee went above and beyond! She helped my boy pick out many items like socks, sunglasses, and bat bag. She gave us "our space", but was also diligent about answering any questions.

I live in Utah, and placed an on-line order for a pair of Sorel boots with Dave's Pro Shop. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. I dealt with Rick and Vanessa and both were very courteous and helpful. The boots I ordered were back ordered and would be delayed. I canceled the order thinking I would spend a little more and buy local to avoid the wait. The local store didn't have the size/color, and wasn't getting anymore this year. I called Dave's and explained I wanted to place my order again and was politely told no problem they would put a rush on it. Once the order came in stock Dave's processed the order that day and paid for faster shipping. I will absolutely return and buy again!

After reading a review I decided to check and see if the sneakers were in stock before ordering. The salesperson was extremely polite! He put them aside, I placed my order on line, got a confirmation and about 1 hour later another confirmation that they had been shipped. 36 hours later they were at my door. Paid $20. Less than the cheapest I found on line and didn't pay shipping charge. 2 thumbs up. My new favorite store.

I ordered a pair of boots on June 15th. Only after I completed the order did I find out that the item had to be special ordered. The estimated date that I would receive the item was June 29th; however, the boots just shipped and now will arrive on July 5th. First, if the item was out of stock...it should have indicated it as soon as I selected the size and prior to completing the transaction. Second, since the product is now scheduled to arrive almost a week after the estimate, they should have sent it at least two day. They have good prices and apparently easy returns; however, I would have paid more in order to have the product in a timely manner.

I chose to do online business with this company because of the good price, but cancelled my order and will not do business with them because of poor service. I purchased a pair of running shoes online through Dave's Pro Shop. I have a local running store that I usually go through but was trying to save money. The shoes were $20 less than my usual store -- with my student ID it was still $10 less. I ordered and took the free 3-5 shipping. On the 5th day I called and was not greeted with apologies or understanding but with more of the attitude of "here's why we haven't screwed up", once the person finally listened to my situation they said "oh, yeah, today IS the 5th day." They discovered that my shoes should be in THAT day and would be shipped out, so that I wouldn't receive them for another 2 days. I told her I may want to cancel my order and just buy from my local shop, she said that was ok if it was before 4, never attempting to salvage my business. I called back several hours later and talked to a different person who was equally unhelpful and simply said, "ok, you're cancelled." In my opinion, if you want strictly a low price, this could be the place to go. However, if you want to be treated like your business matters, I'd look elsewhere.

These people have free shipping and returns for any purchases. Plus It is easy to get a hold of someone in their store (and get that person again if you have followup questions) If there is a dely in shipment, they will explain it to you.... they told me that their distribution house in KY got caught in ice storm and shipment was late.... other places would just say its late. Plus the price on Sorel boots here was cheaper than anywhere else (and they have full selection of colors and sizes)
