They said I am obligated to make a monthly payment on my car loan that I've had for 13 months. Well on a $10k, 5 yr loan at $170/mo., I owe $5.2k and at least 3 months in advance on payments, besides making payments on principle. But if I don't make a monthly payment (which was due Sept. 1st) I'm behind? I guess you don't need an education to work there. Unfortunately, I cant give zero stars.

Unfortunately I bank here. I find that the people who work here always have an attitude or poor customer service and always look unhappy.

Every week they charge me over $100 in over draft fees when there is clearly money in my account. Every week I call them and they fix it but I wonder how many people don’t check into their account and are being robbed. I’ll be closing my account tomorrow morning!

Best rates on used and new. I have been with MLFCU for years and if I need a loan this is the best place to start. Service has been great. I wish they had a branch in Dubois, PA.

Horrible bank, if you account is hacked or card stolen they will not help in any way with recovery or closing/ freezing an account. Port Allegany branch is the worst very rude staff.

Hopefully nobody else falls for the “FREE†checks that they offer when you open a checking account like I did. Here's a shocker - they AREN'T. The definition of free is “without cost or payment†but if you inquire about the “FREE†starter checks, they will tell you that you are required to then order the 50 “FREE†checks as well - if you do not wish to do so, you must pay for your starter checks. Weird?? That doesn't sound free to me. Hang on now it gets better. Once you have then ordered the 50 “FREE†checks, you are now required to purchase at least one box of checks - if you do not wish to purchase said box of checks, you must pay for the 50 “FREE†checks. I opened my account because it was a requirement to get a loan for our new roof - fine by me. But I am only going to need 2 checks to pay the roofer. Should have just bought 2 starter checks and been done with it I guess. will be closing my account after our roof is paid for. It isn't worth dealing with the attitudes I have gotten for inquiring about a benefit that they claim to offer.

Found out *six hours* after a power outage took out their system, when my card wouldn't work when I went to get groceries. Found out because of a post on Facebook, rather than because they made an effort to inform me, or even put it on their website. Would not recommend.
