i had a great experience here! i had my hair washed and trimmed, and it felt amazing. Mckenna was really nice and we talked the whole time. i would recommend salon beyond basics to everyone!!

I purchased a gift certificate for somebody here and ended up losing it. I thought that I would be told, "tough luck", but the owner was very kind and understanding, and issued me a new gift certificate. Great customer service!

I was not too happy to spend over $250 on my hair that didn’t even look like what I asked for. Even the face Framing was not good at all. The haircut that I got was not even a haircut I even had to ask to get specific spots cut like the front. Maybe for somebody else, but not for thick darker wavy hair. What I got looks more like highlights, but I paid for balayage sadly.

I cannot say enough good things about this place or these people. I sat for 5 minutes waiting for a walk in appointment with Colin and at least 3 people asked if I was waited on or needed anything! Then I got a fresh cut for a reasonably affordable price.
