My fiance and I had our doctor order us CPAP machine replacements. We have called smp numerous times with no response. It has been two months and we are still waiting with no response. For people who have been diagnosed with medical conditions that require a CPAP and can't get it, this is unacceptable.

I absolutely do not recommend the Clearfield, PA location to anyone. The lady's there were beyond rude, not helpful, and didn't want to help me at all. I went there with a prescription from a doctor to get a nebulizer for my son who was having breathing problems. My 5 month old son at that. The employee, Tonya Stiles, who was assisting me in the store basically told me the prescription would not work THAT WAS LITERALLY JUST WROTE BY A DOCTOR. And that there was nothing she could do until the next day. They didn't close for 40 more minutes, but clearly it was a bother to her. Because of this place, my son had to go another day without his treatment. I took my business elsewhere and I will never go back there. Tonya Stiles is miserable, not helpful, and a downright rude employee.

The SMP pharmacy provides services at the highest levels, they are efficient and effective as well as being a low cost pharmacy. We are blest to have them in Elk County. I would ever consider anywhere else and never do online. You need to be able to talk face to face with local professionals about your health needs.

Terrible customer service. I went to the Clearfield location against my better judgement. Rude people. A few years back I had a terrible interaction here. (Showed up with my newborn child for supplies, door was locked at lunch even though they don't close at lunch. Half a dozen people watched while I got in and out with a car seat, tried the door in the rain. I digress) I stopped at the Clearfield location to see if they were able to get a nutritional supplement or one similar. I'd been to several local pharmacies that were unable to order or it was showing unavailable in their system. One suggested checking with SMP. I couldn't imagine it would still be terrible 4 years later? Wrong. I awkwardly stood while 3 ladies typed away on their keyboards (I get they were busy and probably needed to finish what they were doing) I guess a simple "We will be with you shortly" was too much to say. No one looked up or even acknowledged I was there. I was just getting ready to turn around and leave when one lady decided to wait on me. She'd seen on my paper the suppliers I already had checked with, and said they were the same they used and so SMP wouldn't be able to get it either. But she didn't actually check. I was already half out the door as she was explaining this as I regretted even wasting my time. I feel bad for the sick and elderly who have no choice but to utilize their services. As said in another review, shame on you for your terrible ways. Unfortunately, it took two times for me to realize what awful customer care is found at the Clearfield location. If I could rate them 0, I would.

This is for the the personal at the Clearfield store. They are very unhelpful and would not take the time to get sure I got my medical equipment. I arrived 18 minutes before closing time and was told that I would have to pay full price for the equipment that they were not running they prescription through because they were closing in 18 minutes. Also, the doors to the building were already locked before closing time. Needless to say, I didn't get my medical equipment, was treated rude and. Left dissatisfied. I took my prescription to the DuBois location and was served with a smile and was taken care of and left with my walker within 10 minutes. Shame on you Ckearfield personal, apparently you care more about yourself then the people you serve,
