Tractor supply shipped my order to the incorrect address. After three calls to the customer service line, they were unable to resolve my problem and told me to call UPS for their mistake.I have never had a worse retail experience

To the young man I spoke to on the phone about the bags of mushy wood pellets I purchased, your response of I had the chance to look at them before I bought them. Wrong answer, if your store had any kind of quality control and pride, I wouldn’t have to look at each individual bag I could purchase them with confidence knowing they would be what I paid for. These aren’t the first ones I’ve purchased like this but it will be my last, your attitude just cost tractor supply all my business and that of my company.

Literally one of my WORST experiences every at a store! I called the day before building a swing set for my kids and asked if the had a-frame brackets the guy literally laid the phone down and “checked” and said he had two sizes. Got here the next day with my kids all excited at the prospect of getting their swing set and NOTHING. The manger even told me he probably lied to me since it was bid last day today. SERIOUSLY!! Learned my lesson AGAIN not to trust anyone!

Price of Cob Led Lantern were about $2.00 each on 12-29-21. Now a day later, says they are $4.99 - $6.99. I had to ask for a price check due to no price displayed anywhere.Many items do not have prices displayed at any store locations on end caps or end displays. Same lantern with 2 different prices!? You're price gouging!!!
