Here's a new one. Zero media turned down the internet speed. Call them to find out what was going on. Spoke to a person who didn't speak english at all. Told me I had to and I quote sign up for auto pay or service wasn't being turned back up. Will be looking for a new provider. Also reporting this to fcc and better business bureau.

Internet service is atrocious. We are constantly loosing service, have slow service, and at least once a week, if not daily, will go through extended periods of time with no service. The only other internet provider in the area isn't any better, so we are stuck.

Horrible. They are located locally and every time you call you are connected to India where you cannot understand a word said. Service is never followed through, so then you have to call again, just to be connected to someone you can’t even understand. I get a pit in my stomach every time I have to call. There are many things in life that are difficult, this shouldn’t be one of them.

Internet service is terrible. They say they are going to come fix an issue and then never show up. Tell you to call the next day. If you have any other option you should probably choose the other option.

If you're a Zito customer. Better check you're bank statement if you're on auto pay. They took out 3 payments I called twice and it's been a week. And still not taken care of

Loose internet regularly. Takes over a week at time to even get someone to come look at it. It's 2022 basic services like this shouldn't be this complicated

This company is AWFUL!! Haven't had wifi for 2 weeks, but you better bet they will charge me the full bill, which has increased every month for the last 4 months! Customer service is terrible. You are on hold for 30+ minutes, on a good day! Do not use Zito! If I could give it 0 stars, I would!

Rudest unfriendly customer service. Got shut off cause didn't upgrade then upgraded and cable goes off haven't had cable for a week and then they say they fix it supposedly techncians set it up right not. Pay for service and have no TV they want their money and we deserve service can't recommend this cable service stay away they really don't care nor help their customers go elsewhere.also beware of extra money being taken out they have double charged me at least twice and get blamed it's our fault

Giving 4 stars because the technician Harold was very helpful and was able to repair our service in a professional manner. I can't give 5 stars because their customer service people kept moving our appt around without even talking to us prior.

Terrible internet service. Constant outages in St Marys with literally no explanation. I call and do not get an answer as to when service will be returned. At least twice per week it is out for over 12 hours. Have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls and have not received a response. If there was any other ISP in the area I would recommend using them.
