4 years ago ---> AS Time goes, I'm not pleased with this office, Back in the day, Notarizing a paper with not a big deal, but now it's a big problem. It has to be notarized form from their standards. No more tour books, so what about the older generation that does not use cell phones? ?

Horrible service, horrible staff, and a waste of time. Went in on Wednesday 01/03/24 for a title transfer since they were the only ones open in town on that day. After 20 minutes into the process, the older gentleman with the glasses and short hair stated in a rude manner that PennDot system is down. Ruined my sale on that day and left unsatisfied. If you know your system is down, then why not inform the customer ahead of time?Save yourself a headache and go to tri county, where they’ll treat you better.

Nice place, made the process of a title transfer real easy. There was a discrepancy with my address (I recently moved) and Jerry walked me through the whole process of changing my license on the dmv website, saving me a trip to that wasteland.

My boyfriend broke down on the side of the highway near Port Matilda around 8 pm. He called AAA and was on hold for nearly an hour. He then put in a request around 9 and was told someone would be there by 10:56. Keep in mind, this is a very dangerous highway with only a small shoulder. He waits until 10:56 and keeps calling for updates. At 10:56 he’s told no one is coming for him and he has to call in the morning. He has to be with his car so he was waiting outside on a dangerous highway for 3 hours for no one to come.

Called three times over three days to set up a trip and never got a call back. Booked it myself in 25 minutes. I really don't see any reason for this membership.

Stephen Mariner was so patient and helpful during the insurance process. It was the first time I was purchasing insurance on my own and he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I really understood my policy throughout the whole process. The titling and registration process for my car was also smooth and easy. The atmosphere of the offices is a little depressing but the employees are helpful and kind.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. My daughter who is a college student in Lock Haven and has an associate AAA membership hit a deer and needed her car towed. Because the Lock Haven AAA HAS NO CONTRACT with a tow company, my daughter was directed to the closest AAA - State College. After waiting over an hour, she was told they had NO TOW Trucks to send. Is there a crisis in State College that is not being reported? Extremely rude people who just exasperated an already upsetting situation. It is No wonder the State Police Officer told her not to bother calling AAA. They obviously have had past experiences with NO SERVICE. Why are they taking our membership fee for 3 family members when they can't provide roadside assistance as advertised?
