My band was on tour on our way to Pittsburgh, and our van started limping. We were short on time and no garages in the area would help us, we phoned Mark, and he told us to bring it straight in. He had us back on the road in an hour. Absolute legend!

It seems that I have had a similar experience as many others leaving reviews here - Mark and the others here at this shop are incredible. I was travelling cross-country and started having transmission issues. After talking with Mark on the phone for quite some time from a rest stop - I made the 30-minute trip to this shop expecting the worst - to drop off my van and have a new transmission installed. On the phone, Mark explained exactly what he thought was happening, what to expect on the drive, and what do to if I only made it part-way to the shop.
Once I arrived, they investigated the issue, drove the van, and came back saying that while the van probably will need a transmission soon - it doesn't require one right now. The problem was actually another issue disguising itself as a transmission problem. They could have easily sold me on an unnecessary transmission - but instead, fixed the other problems, and I was on my way within 3 hours. This is NOT the normal experience at many shops, unfortunately... These guys were great.
The worst part of all of this is that I live 8 hours+ from this shop. I would recommend Mark and this crew to anyone if you're looking for honest and quick work.

My car was experiencing a significant engine shake. I took it in the morning, and by the afternoon, the issue had been resolved. Among the three workshops I visited, this was the first one to provide a solution without needing to keep the car for more than a day.

Mark is the sole reason I now feel I've found my "Go-to" service center. His customer service and attention to detail is absolutely unbeatable. I have yet to find the need to return for poor workmanship and hope that goes for all who select AAMCO as their go-to shop.

Mark did all the work for me, he gave me about 2-3 hours for the maintenance but it only took about an hr and a half. He even told me that he can do other things that are issues with my vehicle. Excellent service. I will be back to do service here.Services: Brakes

I had a bad day and Mark and his team were amazing. My alternator died about two hours from home. I called reluctantly to see if they could install an alternator quickly. Mark went above and beyond to check with the OEM and other parts shops to help me quickly. Within two hours of my call Mark had a new alternator in the car and I was on my way. He even charges only the fractional hours he worked. Very reasonable and great help.
