Ace Hardware is my go-to store for just about everything home improvement related. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, but what really sets it apart is the staff. Every time I visit, I’m greeted by knowledgeable, friendly employees who are more than willing to help — whether I need advice on a project, help finding the right product, or just a second opinion.
The selection is surprisingly broad for a neighborhood hardware store — from tools and paint to plumbing, electrical, lawn care, and seasonal items. It’s the perfect balance between a big box store and a local shop, with the added bonus of great customer service.
Whether you’re a DIYer, homeowner, or just need a key cut or some hardware in a pinch, Ace is dependable, quick, and always a pleasant experience. Definitely five stars!

Good assortment of goods for the space it's in, with pretty fair prices for a retail store. There's always staff around to help you find something or answer questions.

I was impressed this morning at the local ACE store. Usually I come in, knowing what I want and search around for it, not always knowing where things are stocked. I go in self-service mode because the store is busy and the store associates are helping others. There is no need for me to intrude on their work. Well, this morning’s visit was early and the store not crowded. Two associates were assembling some device and immediately looked up and asked if they could help me. The gentleman holding the device parts in place stopped his help their and approached me as I inquired about finding wood glue. He guided me to the aisle needed and mentioned that if I had further questions or concerns to “just holler”. I found what I wanted, returned to the store front where he was assembling and once more he stopped what he was doing to check me out personally. I greatly appreciate the personal care I receive at “my ACE store”. I could go to their big box competitors (as we have two of them in town) and perhaps pay less, but the service at ACE is not matched at the bigger stores. Thanks guys, for helping to make my day!

Dealt with the rudest manager ever. Refused to honor warranty on an item and refused to replace it, instead got into an argument with my husband over it and gave us store credit on a gift card instead of being a decent person.

Ace is one of my favorite places to shop. I always find what I'm looking for plus a few things I didn't know I needed! I don't have to hunt someone down or push a button and hope someone shows up when I need help, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. I choose Ace as often as I can.
