Not only did Alamo give my reserved vehicle away, the representatives were rude and disrespectful. They never apologized and were dismissive. They’ve lost a customer for life. Rent from Avis.

We were taken to this station after our car (also a Alamo rental car) broke down through no fault of our own.Instead of help, we were pressured to sign a new, more expensive contract, otherwise we would not get a car...That speaks for itself!

Made a reservation online, came there they said no cars was available. Asked for a refund and the idiots says no account on the data base. Do not do business with alamo. Poor service and they will steal your money

Do not rent from here. Made a reservation 2 months ahead only to have them call 2 days before pickup and say they don't have any vehicle for me. And they wouldn't even offer to find another one. Not even worth a 1 star review

My wife's father passed away during the night and we scrambled to get a flight to State College. I reserved a car rental through Alamo. She's at the counter at Alamo "now" and was told they didn't have a car for her. Even after presenting the confirmation number no-one at Alamo would help her. Only thing she was told was to try another car rental company. I'm here in Florida trying to find another rental car because Alamo refuses to help her.

They don't answer the phone when needed. Gave me a car that smelled like cigarettes, but thankfully upgraded it immediately.

After traveling almost 2000 miles to start a 10 day vacation with my wife in Glacier National park, we were told that our flight was early and that we would have to wait for our car. The flight wasn't early, is was actually late. The agent at the counter was a awful and very rude. We were told that we went allowed to drive on gravel roads. Look, 1/3rd of the roads in Montana are gravel! And in Glacier National park, road construction was going on. There were restaurants, and places of business we didn't stop at because they had GRAVEL parking lots. Than we discovered 2 small stone chips on the windshield. We called about this and were told because we didn't get your insurance, we had to get it fixed ourselves. NOT!!! We contacted our insurance company and told not to worry about it and to enjoy our vacation. 2 times we rented from National and both times we had had a horrible experience. I will NEVER use, or give advise to others to use! Thanks for putting a damper on our vacation!!!!

Good dealings, make sure u double check if u change timings with your original rates that its right
