On July 3rd, 2024 my little pug, Annie, had a complicated surgery performed at All Pets. She had preliminarily been diagnosed by another vet with mammary cysts, and another spay and neuter clinic refused to perform her spay because they didn't have the expertise to deal with whatever it was causing these two large masses on her abdomen. Well, Dr. Cruden figured out that the masses were actually 2 large hernias that involved her bladder, bowel and uterus. It was a big procedure, which was completely successful! Then he performed her spaying right then so she wouldn't have to undergo a second surgery. They care here. They are professional Herr. They are ethical and it's not all about the money. I HIGHLY recommend their services.

I love this place so much! The staff treat my guinea pig with so much care, and the vet did the best spay job ever! My girl recovered so well and is happy and healthy! I will forever keep taking my guinea pigs here. Pricing is also very reasonable!

I trust this group of individuals with my bearded dragons life! They are all such an amazing sweet and funny staff, the Dr is super nice and explains everything you need to know about what’s going on. I couldn’t ask for a better vet clinic than this one!! This is definitely the place to go if you want your pets to be in the best of hands! ?❤️

Wonderful vet and staff. Took such care with my sick little duck. They treated him and me with kindness and compassion when it was time to let him go but tried everything they could to give him a chance. I won't go anywhere else!

My wife Apryl Klugh and myself have been taking our dogs and cats to All Pets and Dr Cruden since they first opened back in their prior location heading towards the Nittany Mall, two or three properties up from the new Fireworks store at the corner of East College Ave and Pike Street. We’ve always had lots of dogs and cats throughout the years and for many of them, Dr. Cruden has been their only Vet from cradle to their natural end of life. He and his staff are great! Dr. Cruden has performed many surgeries and solved many medical problems for our pets, all successfully. In fact, he has saved many of their lives! As the business is getting so popular, availability is tighter and prices have increased, but prices are increasing everywhere. In my opinion, All Pets is still the best place for the money in the State College area.. a “superior” Veterinarian with tremendous knowledge (and super nice).. and super staff. Jen and Kami are great. If you have an after-hours or weekend emergency, you still have to go to Metzgers or CP Vets. We just wish All Pets was open 24/7 ! ?

Dr. Cruden and staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure our pets were healthy and happy and ensured we had the tools and information to keep them as healthy as possible. He is extremely talented and knowledgeable. He is just a wonderful person and vet. I wish we didn't have to leave them when we moved our family.

This place should have zero stars. I am truly unhappy with my visit. MOST places go over EVERYTHING on the consent form with you prior to you signing it. This place DID NOT inform me that on the consent form I would be getting my cat microchipped during his neuter. And then they FAILED to provide me a copy of this consent form. So I paid an extra 50$ for an UNWANTED microchipping of my cat. It should be verbalized with the client EVERYTHING that is on the consent form. Yes, I should of read it more clearly. But as far as I remember there was NO microchipping on the consent form. And without a copy of the consent form, how do I know that they are not lying? I would of NEVER agreed to get my cat microchipped. So next time LET YOUR CLIENTS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SIGNING.

I have always had an extremely positive experience bringing my leopard geckos here. Vet is knowledgeable, and staff is so friendly, they are always delighted to see my reptiles! Probably the most affordable exotic vet I have ever brought my animals to, I think their pricing is quite reasonable.I hope to look into bringing my crested geckos and ball pythons here in the future, and I suspect they will be able to provide thorough care for them as well. All in all, I am always happy to recommend this practice to my reptile-owning friends.

such kind people, the doctor took such good care of my little leopard gecko and the receptionist was so sweet and reassured me he’d be ok! they didn’t charge me for an emergency visit or a new patient appointment which was so helpful given today’s economy and costs of living!! i will always recommend them even if i have to drive an hour and a half to them <3

I have been here twice and I'm beyond pleased. I had my lab pup fixed in September and had my sons kitten neutered in December. Extremely friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable, and very affordable compared to other clinics in the area. The also except paws vouchers. I highly recommend especially for spay/ neuter appointments!
