We moved from PA to MA. We had some help packing from 2 guys. We got charged extra for packing materials due to the packers packing very lightly and not filling up boxes. One guy decided to pack our medications into 5 different boxes after we told him not to. He was not understanding what we wanted packed and kept. He packed some food items incorrectly that caused items to leak inside the boxes. He was not with the program as he seemed to be on drugs. Would not recommend this guy for packing!! He kept asking multiple times what to label each box.
However, the loading and unloading crew were fantastic. They were very nice and helpful. You could tell they were experienced.

Not so great. Issues on both ends. Packed without marking. Little organization. Delivery late, although not their fault (truck breakdown). But move in went slowly, things not set up fully, damage to walls. Very nice family business, but not the best move.

This moving company move us in December just before Christmas. Several of our items that were in boxes labeled Christmas 2019 we're not delivered to our home. They could not tell me that the trucks were absolutely lot and they told me there is no video surveillance on their trucks. I was told they use the term stolen loosely and they would file an insurance claim. Insurance never covered our loss. The Grinched our Christmas and did not care. Not even an apology from this company. A worst move ever and I would never recommend this company.
