“I love this store! I moved to SC in 1995 and bought a used Dyson from them (that is still running very well!).
In August of 2023 I purchased a cordless Miele vacuum from them, that I love. I brought it in yesterday because when I was emptying the cup a rubber casket came off and I couldn't figure out where it went. Bob Frye (owner) kindly helped replace it and when I asked about replacing the filter, he showed me how to remove it and clean it, something I had never done! Needless to say, it was filthy and he took the time to clean it by vacuuming it and then giving me a small tool that he created, to make removing the filter easier. It gets easier to remove the more you do it, which I will now do regularly, thanks to Bob!
Bob Frye is the kindest, nicest person I have ever met and I hope his store remains open and active forever. He and his store are a treasure!”
“Really helpful staff and sometimes their prices are better than Home Depot. As a new homeowner I'm new to all of the maintenance and projects and am still learning a lot.
The push pin shower diverter stopped working. I went to get a replacement part and while I could have just looked up a tutorial on YouTube, one of their employees walked me through exactly how to replace it and explained why it's easier to just replace the diverter than convert the push pin diverter to a more modern shower handle. They could have upsold me on a whole new shower fixture and made a lot more money, but they instead took the time to help me find the easiest most affordable option and walk me through all of the steps to replace this $5 part.
My only gripe about Lowe's is their customer service is frozen in 1995. I understand this isn't this local store's fault and is on the corporate side of Lowe's to address. The only way to reach out about an online order is via phone. Home Depot offers chat, text and email support. I found an error with one of my online orders and it would have been much faster and easier to just send them screenshots showing thus vs. try to discuss it over a call.”

“We had gotten our grandson a hover ball for Christmas there. They had it outside the other day and the wind took it, they were unable to find it. We came to your store yesterday in hopes of finding another one. I stopped one of your employees, I believe his name is Devon, and asked if you had any more. He told us to check the clearance in the lighting department. We did, but unfortunately there weren't any. As we were leaving that department he came up to us with 2 hover balls and said he had found them in another place. He went out of his way to help us make an 8 year old boy's day. Thank you Devon for your kindness you are a true asset to Home Depot!!”
