“I love this store! I moved to SC in 1995 and bought a used Dyson from them (that is still running very well!).
In August of 2023 I purchased a cordless Miele vacuum from them, that I love. I brought it in yesterday because when I was emptying the cup a rubber casket came off and I couldn't figure out where it went. Bob Frye (owner) kindly helped replace it and when I asked about replacing the filter, he showed me how to remove it and clean it, something I had never done! Needless to say, it was filthy and he took the time to clean it by vacuuming it and then giving me a small tool that he created, to make removing the filter easier. It gets easier to remove the more you do it, which I will now do regularly, thanks to Bob!
Bob Frye is the kindest, nicest person I have ever met and I hope his store remains open and active forever. He and his store are a treasure!”
“Update: Adding a star back for the outstanding help Andrew gave us today. He showed us the two different locations where they kept area rugs and stayed with us the whole time so he could look up on his phone which items were in stock in what sizes. So helpful.

Minus one star for having the part I needed in an unlabeled box, along with a hundred other unlabeled boxes, atop an 8' tall shelf. Fortunately staff member John helped me find it and brought a rolling ladder to retrieve it for me.”
“Best Buy always has a good selection and decent prices. Staff is always helpful. I'm taking one star off because the two guys helping me had a hard time believe me that the tv I was trying to hang did not have any wall mounting screw holes on the back. It was a bit insulting.”

“We had gotten our grandson a hover ball for Christmas there. They had it outside the other day and the wind took it, they were unable to find it. We came to your store yesterday in hopes of finding another one. I stopped one of your employees, I believe his name is Devon, and asked if you had any more. He told us to check the clearance in the lighting department. We did, but unfortunately there weren't any. As we were leaving that department he came up to us with 2 hover balls and said he had found them in another place. He went out of his way to help us make an 8 year old boy's day. Thank you Devon for your kindness you are a true asset to Home Depot!!”
