Corey was amazing in helping us switch our phones over and troubleshoot issues I had with another carrier. Corey was personable, honest, and very knowledgeable. Corey deserves a raise for everything he does for people! Technology can be frustrating, but Corey makes the process easy.

Listened to one worker talk to a girl who had no clue what anything was including simple American things trying to authorize a phone in a different state instead of walking away and helping us like he did for 4 other customers we sat with a phone cutting in and out of its data not helped for over 1 and 30 minutes. Please for the love of god learn when to walk away.

EXCELLENT Service! Been there twice in the last two weeks upgrading eligible phones. I knew going in that the selection, prep and data transfer takes some time. The sales team makes the time go by quickly. They’re very accommodating to their customers during the process and also take the time to explain everything. I highly recommend this location if you need service or assistance.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with a woman named Mona on the phone. To say that she was helpful would be a gross understatement. I have been having phone issues for a while and had issues setting up cellular and with the iCloud transfer. Mona helped me through both issues, calling me back every time the phone needed to restart itself so I didn't have to wait in line again. While my phone was loading, Mona engaged me in some fun small talk while making sure to check in to see that the phone is still working. Mona ended up staying on the phone with me for over an hour to make sure that everything was as it should be before she hung up. I wanted to leave her a review right there, but at the end our line got disconnected and I wasn't able to. So, if you're seeing this, Mona truly went above and beyond to alleviate my stress and make sure my new phone was actually working.
