Probably will just upgrade online next time. Went in just for the phone. Didn't want accessories or a case. Never was asked if I wanted them was just picked out for me. When I tried saying I didn't want something it would be a big sales pitch. So after $200 later in accessories and saying I didn't want any plans added on my bill I'm pretty upset. Never had this at a store. Was always asked if I wanted accessories.

Gabe was the best rep I've ever worked with! Everything was completed in a timely manner and he was proactive from the moment we stepped foot in the facility. He was personable and helped me pick a phone that worked best for me. A++!

Every time we have gone to the store in the mall, we have been very well treated, and we have not had to wait for help. Sean was very knowledgeable and professional. My father is 87, and Sean showed patience and kindness in dealing with our situation. We lost my mother and had to move lines around. It was not easy for us, and the customer service we received was above and beyond. Thank you, Sean. ♥️

I had a great experience at ATT Nittany Mall. Sales reps were very friendly and extremely helpful, they set everything up for me, no hesitation and I didn’t even lift a finger. Sean and Jacobs professionalism and interpersonal communication is outstanding and incredibly helpful, the duo truly has encyclopedic knowledge about deals, promotions, and the inter-workings of phone service. They were kind, respectful and a joy to be around. Jacob is also an incredibly well dressed gentlemen and carries his professionalism even further with his outgoing demeanor and go getter attitude. He is also a very pretty face to look at, which of course added to the wonderful experience I had at ATT. 10/10 for these wonderful men and would ask for their service again.

At&t should be blessed to have Sean Perkowski as an employee. he went above and beyond to correct errors and to help restore me to cellphone usage! I will only work with Sean! hes friendly, knowledgeable and really works his butt off to do whats right by the customer and the services att offers!!! seriously Sean thank you again for everything today! give this man a raise! or a bonus!

Typical sales people...adding miscellaneous things to your wireless bill. Be prepared to go over your bill/account after your visit.

Staff was attentive. Made upgrading Moms phone a breeze. They had to order it but made sure we knew the status and made pick up easy. Very informative on pricing when looking at new devices. I could tell they wanted the upsell.
