“Brought in a seemingly dead vehicle battery that had not been used all winter and rather than just sell me a new battery they tested it and they said it might be rechargeable so they charged it for me to see if it would be usable. When I returned later in the day they advised that it was not able to hold a charge. So They recommended a replacement battery but advised that it was ever so slightly physically larger and may not fit. When it did not fit they refunded my money and I found a battery at a local car dealer. So kudos to the folks at Battery Outlet for always bending over backwards to help their customers. Thank you Battery Outlet.”

“Almost 2 years ago now, I called Blaise in a panic as another shop had really messed up repairs on my car and I had already paid close to $2000 to this other shop. The service people at Blaise were amazing...they found the problem, worked with the car maker to ensure they had the right parts, and provided me with pictures, write ups and videos I could then use to get my money back from the botched repair. They were courteous, up front, realistic and communicative.
Fast forward 2 years and I was again in a panic because I needed my car back from them after a diagnostic appointment and we were cutting it close. The shuttle driver was running behind schedule (it happens) and so one of the service employees drove my car to me at my house so I could make it to a meeting on time.

To my surprise their prices are MUCH better than the big box stores and I came away with 2 new windshield wipers less than $15. Everything is so affordable, they even popped the wipers on in the storm.
