The best French nail I’ve ever gotten! And it’s only 65$ for acrylic full set with gel polish. Efficient without compromising quality. Super happy with how flawless my nails turned out, exactly how I wanted. The staff are not exactly sweet, but polite enough, and for the unmatched quality and price - the customer service is not a problem to me at all.

So to start the guy that did my toes was very rough. I waited probably 1 hour for someone to start my nails , then when I showed the guy photos he got an attitude said he can’t do designs and walked out and started smoking and left me sitting there so I finally said I’ll just pay for my toes

Been here twice, very nice service and amazing work!! First ones were $65 and the second ones were $58. I love them! This set will be the ones that i get proposed to in!

Awful rude people!!! I called this salon to inquire about getting designs done for my nails.Not only was the lady extremely rude.She told me to call somewhere else because she was busy and she didn't want to take the time for me, as well as gain a new customer who would have been loyal then came every other week. Faithfully. She literally told me that she was turning away my business and to go somewhere else instead of trying to accommodate me. There are far too many options to accept or tolerate someone treating you like this as a new customer, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere where you are appreciated with good service!!!

Customer service terrible and unprofessional not friendly to Black people signs of racist especially body language to people who are not from here but I can tell and was told she didn’t want to service my elderly mother because they didn’t have a color I wanted so they told us to go elsewhere but had other people and servicing other people that don’t look like us and yes I will not spend my money on people who think like this and this was my last result coming to this salon nails are horrible anyways just was getting a simple gel mani n pedicure wouldn’t dare let them play with my nails and please don’t say otherwise im from Florida at that and I don’t have no problems so yes I will go back to get treated correctly and spend my money with people who ain’t racist or know how to at least hide it n be professional and will be reporting this establishment

Terrible nails 2 out of the 3 times I have been. I tell and show them pictures of the shape and design and they are unable to follow. They are not good at designs and make my nails uneven from one another and lumpy. Their customer service is awful. I called to complain and ask them to redo my nails and they said there is nothing they can do because they have already been painted.

I have been going for a few years now and can say I am ALWAYS satisfied. I get acrylics on my natural nails and they have maintained their natural strength under them. I could post probably 100 sets at this point but I just got my favorite set ever and wanted to post the nail and the design because they were both beautiful.

Highly don’t recommend. Honestly, the service is terrible and some of the staff are very rude. Their work is really rushed and the hygiene is terrible. They use the same stuff on multiple people.

poor service, poorly done nails. not much acrylic product is used at ALL, so that you have to come back and pay them an extra $10 for a broken nail that got a crack in it the night of your fill and broke the following day. will not be coming back here after being a loyal customer.

First time going and I saw that they charge $15 extra for a shape which was off putting but I wasn’t going to not get a shape. I asked for coffin. One side was extremely filed down straight and the other side was more curved in. I just wanted them symmetrical. When i asked her to fix it she said “if you don’t like it u can do it yourself.” I was taken aback at the attitude especially when i’m paying $15 extra for the shape, which is what I told her. She continued to try and fix it but these are not coffin. I didn’t pay for the shape and barely tipped because that was just disrespectful. Never going back. She also drilled my actual skin down and didn’t even put cuticle oil on after, just alcohol which burned from her cutting my skin up.

Best nail salon. They deliver amazing results every time! I’ve been going for 3+ years and have always had a great experience. It does get quite busy so either go in right when they open or call ahead to see what the wait is!

Called before hand to see if they were taking walk-ins and they said yes. Once I arrived there was a 30 minute wait. When i was finally able to sit down, an older woman stared on my nails before switching to a man. Halfway through the process part of my finger went numb and started turning red/swelling. They did not clean any tools before using them and waited until after my nails were done to tell me they didn’t take apple pay. My nails turned out different lengths, all extremely wonky and loose. The man who did them also cut my finger and didn’t apologize. They then proceeded to make me get cash and charge me $55. Never coming back.
