Absolutely ridiculous $75 for dip powder on my REAL NAILS! I didn’t get a shape change or design. Just plain one color. I can get a gel pedicure AND dip manicure for that price at other places. They are definitely overcharging.

One nice thing about this place is that it’s walk-in only and you’re in and out pretty fast, usually around 45 min for gel manicure. HOWEVER, they use the power drill thing to get polish off and it RUINS your nails! I have healthy, strong nails normally but now they are paper thin after going to B&B for a few months. I can’t use my nails to open things, scratch tape or stickers…they’ve become all soft and bendy. NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

Terrible customer service

Honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service at a nail salon in 10+ years of getting my nails done. The girl who did my pedicure was lovely and did a great job! When it came to my nails, I had someone else who did dip powder, which I have had many times in the past. The powder was super thick on my nails and I asked if they could file it down, to which the response was “no” and that my nails were “arched” which made it look thicker…again, also not true. When I expressed that I wasn’t satisfied and if they could take the time to do it properly they told me that’s how dip powder is and would not fix it. I also asked if they could clean up the cuticles and file under the nail as it was super thick and they said it was $20 extra for cuticles… they also charged me extra for a chrome design when I had one layer of sparkles put on my nails not chrome, AND for the almond shape when my nails were already that shape! They were extremely rude and not willing to help at all. They do not care about customers and charge an outrageous amount for mediocre nails and terrible service. To make it worse when I handed over my card to pay I asked if they could at least reduce the price slightly, as I would have to go somewhere else to get them fixed, they snatched my card from my hand, while ignoring me. As I protested they continued to argue about how that’s “just the way the nails are done” and when I asked for my card back until we had some resolution they physically withheld it and rang it through as quickly as possible. I have never felt so disrespected, especially after treating their staff with kindness and respect. Stay far away from this place!

I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year. Needed a fill and repair. (Broken pointer fingernail). Never had a complaint in the past. The gentleman that repaired the nail made it a completely different shape and length. When I asked to have it fixed, a woman added another tip to the tip and fixed it, (obviously it was wrong). When finished, she told me to “in the future go to a different salon”. Absolutely appalled! Instead of accepting they made a mistake, they tell customers to go somewhere else?!? Paying customers have the right to have a service done correctly, and not rushed because YOU’RE busy. Especially when it’s $55 for a fill! I will take your advice and choose another salon in the future and anyone reading this review should do the same.

This is the worst pedicure I have ever had. I've had a horrible manicure here in the past tried to give it a second chance years later and i am telling you all you should never go here and waste money.First, there is absolutely NO circulation fan or fresh air coming into the store.I asked the technician, who did not speak any english or understand to cut my cuticle and the skin around my nail. It is not always suggested to do but I like the area around my nail bed very trimmed and cleaned. not only did she not cut the cuticle or clean up the dead skin, they did not even push back the cuticle and there was no cuticle oil used. they did a LIGHT SWIG of filing and NEVER asked what shape I wanted. I thought these were all standard for manicure or pedicure? there is no top coat and I ran home and removed the polish. they used no technique and I am livid that they did not use the metal flat tool to push the cuticle or other skin around my nail bed to make it clean or a better surface area. I went without a pedicure for a year so all of this WAS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and my requests were ignored. It feels very dirty in there and they offer nail polish that looks extremely cheap. also they have a child working there not necessarily doing nails but helping out and it is alarming. there are no uniforms and everyone is in sweats that don't match it is so sloppy and pretty much the worst nail salon i have ever been to with no standards.

Horrible service. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. You ask for extra polish coat, they can’t do it. You ask for better shaping, they can’t do it. Probably the worse place I’ve visited since being in Pennsylvania

When I arrived about an hour after they opened, they had about 5 customers already, but were quick to welcome me and ask what services I wanted. I was then told which pedicure station to sit at and a staff member was with me right away. They seemed to be well staffed and very efficient, without seeming rushed. The technician was skilled and gentle. I appreciated her taking her time and felt like her attention was on providing the services I wanted. I did a regular pedicure with a callus removal add-on, and a gel manicure on my natural nails. I liked the packages they offered for pedicures. The basic package included a massage with lotion and a hot towel, then had the option to add on a callus removal for $5 and/or another option that I can't remember. The technician made sure to check for bumps in the polish and made sure to thoroughly clean up around the edges of my nails, which are little things that make a difference. The cost overall was not bad and worth it compared to other nail salons I have been to. This will be my new preferred nail salon.

Their technicians absolutely careless . Left cuticles untrimmed, glue all over on hands . The length nail’s are different in size . I asked for French design and it came out uneven. They do not polishing nails and that makes them very high profile ! Guys , if care about your nails , stay away from B&B

The last few months I have been going to B &B nails every 2 weeks to get a gel manicure and I have received acceptable to great results depending on the day and technician. I even have suggested this nail salon to multiple friends. However, my last experience was so terrible on both a professional and quality of service basis that I will no longer be returning to this nail salon. During the manicure the technician was so quick to finish that he caused bleeding on two of my fingers (one finger was extensively bleeding) due to ripping at cuticles improperly. Rather than wait and remedy the bleeding (which I requested) he continued to paint the nail and I have blood mixed and cured in with my nail polish, on top of having a red and tender nail bed. I know that mistakes happen, so I tipped my technician and was willing to overlook the mistake due to having great service in the past. However, I had noticed that he seemed to do some of the polishing in a clumpy rushed way and upon farther inspection I found that multiple nails were not properly painted or so unevenly coated that there were pits in my nails. I kindly asked for only my thumb nail to be redone due to the quality. The salon employees talked amongst each other in another language before giving me an aggressive, dismissive and rude response that baffled me. I was told by a different technician that my nails were the problem and that I had inherent pits in my nails and that they would take off the polish for me but not repaint them unless I paid them for the service. This is a confusing claim since I have never had pits in my nails nor have I gone anywhere else to get my nails done other than by them 2 weeks prior. How could the person who didn't even paint my nails themselves know that I have a divot in my nail? If I truly did have a divot in my nail would it not be possible that the man, who had just done my nails and aggressively ripped my cuticles, is the source of my spontaneous nail pits? Or maybe the polish really was just unevenly distributed? Regardless, I was astounded I received such disregard after bleeding for 10 minutes and still tipping my nail artist, while smiling and trying to maintain empathy that mistakes happen. I also was disappointed that my loyalty as a return customer meant nothing. Once again, we are all human and mistakes happen but the whole experience felt bad and I don't think the gamble of getting great nails 70% of the time is worth the treatment you receive if the quality isn't there the other 30% of the time. Photos of the nails are attached for reference.Services: Polish removal

This nail salon is a hit or miss. I have been to this salon several times; however, the most recent time is my last. I went to get gel tips for an event, and within five days, two of my nails came off. Note: these nails were at the shortest length possible for a squoval shape.I have been getting gel tips for many years and never had them fall off that quickly unless I caused it (like playing a sport or jamming it and accidentally breaking the nail).I returned to the salon to get them fixed, where I had to pay for the repair, and noticed they did not even try to make the shape and length match the other nails on the opposite hand. Already dissatisfied with the situation, I decided not to go back in for this fix but to deal with it.Three days later, three more nails fell off, making a total of five nails come off naturally within roughly a week.My next visit was to a different nail salon in the area, and while it's not recommended to have them for this long, these nails (same length, shape, and style) lasted four weeks before even one fell off. And the one that fell off was my fault because I hit that finger on something; therefore, my set could have lasted even longer. So, while this salon does beautiful and complex designs, if you are someone that appreciates the longevity of the nail set more, I recommend a different salon.Services: Nail repair
