A big shoutout to Brittany. I’m not a current customer but she was so understanding and helpful. Other banks were either rude or indifferent. I’m considering opening an account with Truist because of this positive experience.

Walked into this bank and was greeted so nicely by Brittany. Told her we were out of state and asked if she could do our banking. She said she could help us and did so with a smile. We were so impressed with this banking service. Go Truist!!!!
