I have been going to Cathy for the last six months for my brows, lip, and chin. She does an amazing job at your brows. I recommend Cathy to anyone who wants to spruce up their brows to perfection.

Cathy is very professional and she is very detailed oriented. She makes wow sure that everything is looking correct to the point of perfection. Cathy did a great job with my brows! I was thoroughly impressed with her work. My eyebrows have never been so well defined. I was nervous about having them done but she explained the process to me and outlined what she was doing so I could understand. 10/10 job I will definitely be back!

Showed up 10 minutes late during a very busy day and Kathy said she couldn't see me and I had to rebook for another day because her last appointment was the next one and she was getting off work after that. I thought, fine, I understand, it was my fault. She probably has to go home or has something else to go to after work. It was inconvenient for me to come back though because I was leaving for a business trip. I sucked it up and went straight to my scheduled haircut in the Ulta Salon instead. I was stunned when I saw Kathy wandering around the store well after her last appointment. She was still hanging out in the store at the end of my haircut too, not apparently in any rush to go home, well after she told me she couldn't do my brows that day because I was 10 minutes late. She couldn't spare me the 10 minutes it would take to do my brows, tho she clearly had the time. I've been going to her for a while, consistently, and showing up on time. It seemed so petty of her to make me reschedule over one anomalous episode of tardiness, when she clearly had the time to wax my brows. I was so mad I vowed never to go to her again. I've since discovered two stylists at the hair salon are experienced brow waxers and I will go to them from now on. Just got it done by one of them and she did a great job. Skip Kathy! She also makes you sign an agreement each time you get your brows waxed, and doesn't get it when you don't want her to pry into your life for small talk. TL;DR Forego the corporate red tape and the petty power games and intrusive questions of Kathy at the Benefit Brow Bar and take your brows elsewhere.

This was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had! Cathy is truly an expert. I didn’t have my eyebrows waxed for a long time due to bad past experiences; Cathy made it a wonderful one! My eyebrows are gorgeous and have given me more confidence!

Cathy always does a phenomenal job with my brows. She's very particular, thorough and explains what she's doing and why. I tried out the new brow lamination service that just became available after being interested in it for the past 2 year; Cathy didn't disappoint and my brows looks amazing. She refused to let one hair lay slightly off to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted!

10/10 would recommend Cathy! She’s been doing eyebrows for about 35 years and her skill level shows for it. Very clean and professional work station and environment. I will definitely be coming back!
