For being a high end dealership their service department isn't the best. I paid over $60 for an oil change and my car was leaking oil ever since. I found out my oil plug drainage wasn't tightened properly. This should've never happened. Not to mention, I was there for over two hours waiting and being bribed into trading my car in. The people at the front desk weren't very pleasant either. I highly would not recommend this dealership.

Blaise Mazda gave me good service and were able to help me out when Blaise Jeep turned me away. I tried getting my jeep serviced there but they wouldn’t see me since I was a new customer. Luckily I called Blaise Mazda and got to talk to Kansas and he was able to see me the next day no issue. They are very hospitable and have great customer communication.

These guys did a very good job. When it comes to selling cars and I would definitely recommend them. If you ever looked for a good deal on a good car Go to these guys. Which I got a pretty good deal on my Twenty seventeen hyundai santa fe sport and trade at my jeep renegade in for it.

Highly recommended dealership! I typically DREAD any interaction with a car dealership (too many bad experiences in the past). My experience with the staff at Blaise Alexander was the complete opposite of prior dealership interactions. They were prompt, open and clearly communicative from the very beginning. Pricing was transparent, and staff/management respected both my time and my opinion. I was offered a fair price, excellent service and out-of-state delivery of my truck in a rapid fashion. The sales team kept me apprised of the process and timeline every step of the way. Can't say enough about how painless and easy this process was!

My wife and I traveled over an hour and a half to get to the dealership and it was one of the best car buying experiences either of us has ever had! Highly recommend them to anyone for how outstanding the overall service was. Brought a trade and drove home in an awesome new Mazda Mx5 Rf. Hats off to Lauren, our sales consultant and Ed, a team leader for the great job they did! They both exemplified great teamwork and should be considered vital employees at the dealership! Thanks again for a painless, seamless, and enjoyable experience.

4 stars because… 1. They didn’t call when my part arrived to set up an appointment. I had to call. 2. After my warranty service was done it took another hour just for them to take it in the wash bay and wash the residual fluids off.The actual service went well. My advisor was cool. The initial OBD scan was fine and they confirmed the issue. The actual service appointment that required the work also went smoothly, the vehicle was finished before they said it would be and so far my car is good to go!

We initially had a good experience buying our vehicle. It is the follow up that has been horrible. We bought our car in June then this dealership messed up our paperwork for our license plates twice. As of today we are driving our new car with expired dealership tags and there’s nothing we can do about it. My husband has called up there at least five times and talked to five different people. We still can’t seem to get a good answer. The last answer we were given is that it’s all in the hands of our state DMV. We called our DMV office and they don’t have a record of our Vin number so we are fed up with the run around. Driving a car with expired tags is not fun and it opens us up to being stopped by the police on a regular basis. The customer service here is horrible once you buy your car so beware!

Joe Baney in service dept went above and beyond to help me with the maintenance of my 2022 Hyundai Ionic. Waited less than 10 mins on a busy weekday morning and got in and out. Joe answered all my questions, treated me with respect and displayed exceptional customer service.

I went there to help a friend, the salespersons are okay and helpful. Considering the time of the year, very difficult to buy a car, and it needs some extra support from the service person to provide that.

I would rate the service department of this dealership 0 stars if I could. If you’re a lady, don’t bother trying to find any help at this place.Purchased my vehicle from here less than 18 months ago. Issues arose within the first few months, so I brought it back to the service department since they said they would waive service fees within the certain after-purchase timeframe. I brought it back three times within two months. And yet, the issues persisted.I was met with nothing but condescending, bitter men who acted like they wanted nothing to do with me, straight to my face. They told me time after time that my issue was road noise after I blatantly explained to them that I knew what road noise was and that this was a deeper issue.Come to find out, my rear differential was shot. My personal mechanic caught it before anymore damage was done. No thanks to them. But it was just road noise, right?The men at this dealership’s service department HAVE NOT and WILL NOT listen to women. They have said rude and humiliating things about me while I stood within earshot. They have treated me with such an unprofessional and patronizing attitude every time I’ve stepped foot in their building. I’ll never go back.If you’re a woman, go to Blaise Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep instead, Melissa will take MUCH better care of you there.

I didn’t have a great experience in this establishment. Dropped my car off here back in late May, they let it sit for months and I wasn’t able to pick it up until the first week of October. When i picked it up, my car was making a very loud and obnoxious sound that they were aware of and knew it was because of their poor job of installing my transmission. Also, I had a mechanic take a look at my now un-drivable car and he said that there were a couple things installed wrong. I highly would not recommend this place. I sent my car here for them to install a new transmission and left with even more problems!!

My fiancé went in to get info on financing a car and the dealer Austin lied to her about her credit score trying to get her to pay higher interest rates. Be careful getting loans through them.
