Told Bill Reilly what we wanted and when it came in he called us. We went in and drove the car. He explained everything to us but we could not agree on price .. after several back and forth we agreed on a price and bought the 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy. The haggling was friendly and well thought out on both sides. The financial paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Bill was attentive to our questions and told us to call him with any other questions or needs. Bill Reilly is a joy to deal with!!! Thank you!

If I could give a 0 star rating to this location, I would. My family and I have purchased several vehicles from the Alexander dealerships in the past, and this visit may end that.Short story: Hyundai bought a car out from under me that I was already in the process of purchasing at an affiliated dealer hours before I completed my purchase to try to sell it to me for a higher price.Read below for details.I will be sharing this experience in an easier to follow number format below.1. I located a vehicle on the website that I was interested in, screenshot the information, and contacted my bank to verify the value of the vehicle. Once verified, I contacted the Alexander dealership that the car was located at (Subaru), verified that it was there and still available, and scheduled a test drive for the following day.2. Arriving at Subaru for my scheduled test drive, we discovered the vehicle I was interested in was no longer there and was instead bought by the Hyundai dealer that this review is being written about and sent to their location in state college. The sales manager at Subaru contacted Hyundai and verified that it was there and still available and that they were expecting me.3. I traveled an additional 1.5 hrs to the Hyundai dealership to continue my purchase process. My salesman did an amazing job with assisting me with my test drive and confirmed that the vehicle had just arrived and was still getting processed in from the other dealership. The vehicle was perfect for what I wanted. The problem came shortly after the test drive.4. Following the test drive, I was ready to attain a bill of sale to take to my bank. When I started my purchase process for this vehicle the day before and the day of, it was being sold for 21,488 on the website and verified by the salesman as well as my screenshots. My bank had valued the vehicle around 25,500. The sales manager at Hyundai confirmed that it was valued at 25,500 and stated that they were not going to sell the car for the advertised price even with my screenshot proof as well as that I started the purchase process before they had attained the vehicle because they could make more from selling it at a higher price and that it was just business.

I visited the place just for a pa state inspection and gas emissions inspection. Guys there were very polite and courteous. They even offered a complimentary shuttle that I did not know existed!

I had a great experience taking a car in for service at Blaise Alexander Hyundai. The online scheduling was very easy to use. Once onsite the staff did a great job of checking the vehicle in for service. The shuttle to and from the dealership is extremely convenient. While the vehicle was being serviced I received a text from the technician with a video walk through of the services performed. Soon after I received a text letting me know that the vehicle was ready for pick up. The best part of the experience was when we picked the car up and found that they had provided a courtesy car wash.

I was scheduled for service on my Tucson today (Inspection, Recall, Oil Change and Tire Rotation). I made the appointment by calling Blaise Alexander State College last week and was confirmed to be picked up at my place of work (a service they provide). I got an automated text after getting off the phone for my car to be picked up at 7:30 AM. I got to work early today (I have a 45 minute commute), 7:30 AM came and went. I then called the service department at around 8:30 AM who referred me to scheduling. On the phone you can hear noise in the background before I was hung up on (maybe disconnected, but I think it was a hang up). I then called right back and got another woman in service who said they would get the car at 9 or 9:30 AM because they give preference to valet (which is fine, but I would like to have known that last week so I would not worry and why offer the service?) By noon, my car was still not picked up and I was understandably not happy. I then called again, again referred to scheduling that did pick up this time after being transferred. After being on hold I was told it was not communicated between service and scheduling (which is odd because I got two confirmation texts, one was yesterday). I was given a sorry and asked if I wanted my car to be picked up now, furious I said no and cancelled the appointment (How could I trust it would be finished before my work day ended). I was then asked if he could help with anything else, in which I said "Uh no", I was then hung up on. I did not get a sorry for the inconvenience, sorry for the mistake, nothing. Just a hang up. I was even more upset after this. I waited a couple hours to call for the GM that did not pick up, but I do want to give a shoutout to Cory the sales manager. Cory was understanding and I could tell was not happy with hearing all of this. I learned that the service and scheduling are third parties (or one of them is) and they just did not communicate. Cory said he would talk to service about it. While I do appreciate this, I do not plan or want to give business with Blaise Alexander again.

Terrific service, comfortable waiting room. Walk-ins permitted. Car was washed after service. Trust worthy and noteworthy ease of getting the car serviced.

Unreliable cars, worse service. Bought two Hyundais a few years apart, purchased new. One had an engine die. Was supposed to be covered under warranty. Dealership refused. We complained, but Blaise Alexander did not care. Second car (< 3 years old) started having problems right away. Factory defects and failing parts. Again supposed to be covered by warranty, but Blaise Alexander refused service in retaliation for our complaint about the other car.Failure to stand behind the cars you sell is not ok. Retaliating against customers is not ok.

Great service department, Chris, Kanas & the entire team we're fantastic. The general manager, Jack, made sure that our Santa Fe was taken care of. Highly recommend Blaze Alexander Hyundai!
