I liked the pickup and drop-off service that Honda had. Once checked in, I was told my car would be ready at 3 pm, although it was not until 4 pm. The problem is they did nothing to my car and said all the repairs needed some parts that are in backorder and won't be at the branch for at least one month. If the parts are not there, why did it take so long to let me know? Finally, I was forced to sign a paper. When asked about the document's purpose, they said it’s to ensure you know what we did to your car. That was weird because I was not given the piece of paper that explained what was done to the car yet.

Went in because my car door was having trouble unlocking and my security system was draining my battery. Great service, my car was fixed within a day by Tiffany and the service was way cheaper than expected.

Have had the very best experience with Bobby Rahul Honda! Most recently Alex Brown, assistant manager in the service department helped me immensely by quickly taking my disabled vehicle whilst lending me a great car for the interim. Once they had fixed the problem for an amazing price I was quickly able to swap cars back … easy peasy. Others there from Mike Clitherow, Service Manager to Josiah Champeno,Finance Manager have gone out of their way on other occasions to provide excellent service and unusually generous accommodations!

Service is normally top notch, disappointed that service folks don't know warranty information for the customers, took extra calls to get 1/2 issues resolved with my Honda, Sales Team is Amazing!

My tire had blown unexpectedly on the way to work and I needed it fixed quickly. I tried to arrange online but the next appointment was Oct 30, so I called and thankfully, Katelynn was able to squeeze me in that morning. They fixed the tire, transported me to/from work, and completed inspection before 5PM. All this was with very little interruption to my regular workday routine.I am so incredibly grateful to the service team at State College! Thank you!Services: Tires

I drive more than an hour for service because the service people are honest and efficient. I chat with sales people while I wait for my car and even they seem straightforward. Do yourself a favor and let Katelynn take care of you, she’s wonderful.Services: Tire rotations
