I have purchased cars and had them serviced at Rahal Honda for years. Most recently there was a small issue with a new used car that I had purchased. Due to the nature of the repair, Rahal's GM Matt personally coordinated the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, my service advisor Casey had arranged to have my vehicle cleaned.I really can't say enough about these folks. They have done a very good job at hiring the right people. Everyone I deal with is professional, and kind.

The people here are very friendly. They have great availability for servicing your car. I was in and out within and hour. They also have a lobby with charging stations, chairs, etc

It was a very smooth process overall right from Day 1. This is a great place with friendly staff. They are very transparent about the vehicle records and very polite and friendly with the customers.John Marsden is an excellent sales consultant who patiently spent answering all my queries as well as email and clarified everything excellently. He was even ready to come and work on his day off so that it could help me with the purchase. He is a very dedicated employee!

I brought my civic in to get inspected, after waiting for awhile they came out and told me my car failed inspection because there was a baby crack in one of my fog lights, only noticeable if you look inside of the light. It seemed sketchy so I took it to another shop and was told that my car passes inspection and that Bobby Rahal was only trying to take advantage.

I have never heard of such a thing as this I work at a shop and a customer came in to get his car checked for a front end noise he told me that when he went to Bobby Rahal honda not only did they not find the noise that was a low fluid issue In the differential THEY TOLD THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE OUT HIS HEARING AID are you kidding me not only will he never return I'll tell everyone I know not to go there how's that so bobby put your hearing aid in.

Not to happy I was told by not one but two people at service that their was a warranty coverage for my CR V Honda to bring it up because if it is the fuel injectors it would be covered. So I went up I didn’t only waste $80 for them to plug it in and read that it was the fuel injectors which I already knew. But came back to me saying there was not warranty at all.

Terrible experience here. My sales reps name is Kenneth Burns. When I arrived there I let him know my price range and they didn’t really have anything that interested me until I was about to leave. I saw a Toyota car I liked, I test drove it and decided I wanted to move forward with it. As I sat down to start the paper work he tells me that a couple that was there earlier that test drove it were back and they wanted to let their son test drive it. He tells me he’s going to have someone else speak with me while he went on the drive with them. I started the paper work and I was waiting for about 15 mins while they took my paperwork and Kenneth returned. He tells me sorry that car is sold that the couple is going to buy it but that if I’m interested I can get their trade in. As I questioned him that I already started the paperwork so I don’t know how that’s possible. He tells me he has to speak to his manager and then comes back proceeds to tell me sorry but the car is taken. I asked if the couple had put a deposit on it to hold the car and he told me no that they were going to do it now. I said well no then I’m going to do it now that’s not right. He then told me I’m sorry I feel that way. I requested to speak to a manager and he told me ok hold on. Left me there for another 15 minutes as I see him just go outside and talk to the couple. He then comes back and says ok you can start the paperwork and acted like a complete excuse my language jackass. I’m debating if I even want to move forward with them after that behavior. Will never do business here again.

I needed the battery in the fob replaced. The girl at the service counter, I wish I knew her name, was super sweet and helpful and directed me to the parts counter. That gentleman did replaced the battery but didn't have the customer friendly face on. Maybe a bad day, but hats off to the young lady.

I bought my car from Bobby Rahal three years ago and have had nothing but great experiences. The service team goes above and beyond every single time I have to get the car inspected or serviced. I had an emergency with my transmission this morning and Alex and Shannon were both fantastic despite my frustration with the situation. I have worked with Alex almost every time I have gone there and he has always been accommodating and kind. The customer service is outstanding, the staff is friendly, the service is excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience today with the service staff. I cheaped out on an after market starter from an auto parts store. It didn’t work very well. They got me an OEM part and it worked great. Thanks for helping me out of a pinch!

I had to have my car towed to Bobby Rahal and I had about a week estimate because they were booked. Got a call a few days later that they had a cancellation and squeezed my car in and fixed it the same day. Wonderful customer service and service team.

Great experience buying our Honda Odyssey. We had our four-year-old twins with us, and everyone was accommodating and quick with everything. Loving our new family vehicle!
