Bought a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica pre owned off of Stocker GMC, all around a pleasant experience.
The sales staff is friendly and well versed in product knowledge, their vehicles have some of the best prices I've seen around, and their finance department is phenomenal, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

They don't really show you anything on the vehicle if have never got a thank you letter or really anything like other dealers do the owners are not very active in there business gmc product is very nice

We had the pleasure of purchasing our GMC Sierra HD from James and he was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, courteous, and followed up on any question or issue. I also want to mention it was a pleasure working with Steve as well. He found an educator incentive that could apply to our purchase which saved us a lot of money! He didn't have to do that and could've easily not said a word because we would've never known but he didn't! Steve went the extra mile, and we were very appreciative and grateful. My husband and I were looking for the right SUV and the right trade for our truck. We found both at Stocker Buick GMC. (GMC Acadia AT4) Our salesman, Terrence, was great to work with and patient with test drives. The financial manager, Dave, was expedient and yet clear when explaining all financial details. We were very happy with the entire experience which is a rare thing when car shopping/buying.

Inquired about a vehicle I saw online. They offered a test drive. Set it up for that afternoon, drove 45 minutes (one way) to the dealer to find the vehicle was not there. One of the sales members took it home and didn't come into work that day. No one could provide an answer as to why I was asked to come test drive a vehicle that wasn't even there. The same sales representative messaged me two days later asking if he could bring the vehicle to me. I asked if I could take it for the night. I figured since they let their employees drive the vehicles, overnight, they would let prospective buyers drive them. After back-and-forth, with several times of me saying don't worry about it I have other options, they asked me to come in and offered me the vehicle to drive. After showing up and filling out the needed paperwork, the manager said I could not take the vehicle since I had a restricted license. I have test driven several vehicles (to include at this same dealership) with the same license. I purchased several vehicles in the last 12 months and dealt with many fine dealers in central Pennsylvania. This place would not rank highly on that list.
