The staff here is very uncivilized and full of foul language. Unable to unload, putting the onus on the person loading and the driver. they refuse to take delivery. There is no loading dock here.

Ignorant woman on phone as I'm telling her the part I need cuts me off and real nasty THIS ISNT A JUNK YARD. Very rude employee completely ignorant no customer service skill. I've never had that level of service ever before this.
