How well this pharmacy does and does not perform depends on how well it's managed, how well it's staffed, and what the quality of the employees is. Sadly, this constantly varies. And the only reason I have been able to find for this is that "it's corporate" and "they don't listen to us". That's pretty much all you need to know. Plus, even though they run a national TV commercial showcasing home delivery -- you guessed it -- "we don't do that here." Go to Rite-Aid, they deliver (for free).

Literally the worst CVS I have ever entered in my entire life. All the college girls who work in the back are incompetent and have an attitude especially when answering the phone. They are always out of my prescription and fail to contact you until you have already walked yourself across campus to come pick it up. the only competent people are the ones in charge but their staff is atrocious. I can't remember the last time I came in here and picked up my medicine without being here for at least 30 minutes of waiting for them or some issue.

This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to, and definitely the cleanest. The staff really go out of their way to help you. The pharmacy staff even find coupons when insurance doesn't cover much, if any, of the cost of medications. Everyone is friendly and they definitely seem to work as a team to get things done.

Pharmacy claims to be open until 5 (and the store itself until 9). Went in at 4:45 and the pharmacy was shuttered. Useless. Way to encourage people to get their shots...

It's totally a parent to me why this pharmacy only has one star out of five so far. My wife has critical migraine headaches and went to this pharmacy and a little blonde haired pharmacology has had zero bedside manner. She had nothing but an attitude for us. And by the way, she did nothing for us we had to do all the work by tracking down our neurologist, who is in surgery on some poor stroke victim, and had to call this pharmacologist directly. You know who you are, young blonde haired recent collegeGraduate pharmacologist. If you have a choice, do not go here. If you have no choice, dear ready to do all the work yourself

Love the drive through experience Never tried it before and there is a certain joy of staying in your girlfriends car to continue a heart- to-heart while checking off the drudgery list.

I have had so many problems with this CVS, from them losing my prescriptions to being yelled at by rude pharmacists. I used to drive to the one on North Atherton to get my scripts (they're much friendlier), but they don't keep my medication in stock. Previously I worked at a pharmacy for 3 years so I know how the business should work. One of the pharmacists even scolded an assistant working at my doctor's office on the phone, when she was at fault for not reading the prescription and instructions sent on an e-script fully. Essentially she was forcing me to pay $30 a month for a prescription because she was not billing it correctly to my insurance. Very unprofessional.

The actual pharmacy here is the WORST. The pharmacists are always grouchy, rude, and never seem to want to help. The rest of the store is fine, just your ordinary CVS.

Excellent new store and a huge upgrade from previous location next to Giant. Drive thru pharmacy is convenient but I prefer to go inside. Shelves are pretty well stocked, coupons and sales are good, and pharmacy staff are very helpful

I've been to this one a few times and have never been impressed with the customer service. At best, they seem to not want to be there or help, and at worst, they are rude and condescending. Would recommend going elsewhere, especially for photo needs.

You find everything but fresh food such as veggies and fruits. I went to get the flu shot. I took my kids too. They changed the system. Last year they didn't injected the kids under 18. Now, they inject the kids over 9 years old. The service was fast, we were the first ones in line, so, it was good. The guy who gave us the shot was really gently. I didn't even feel it. All in all, I will go back for sure.

Exponentially better than their old location at Northland Center. They felt run-down when they were next to Giant. Now they feel like a real, thriving CVS you'd find in a city. Drive-though pharmacy with a decent staff (Ed is a great guy, and has been there for many, many years). To make things better, their selection is top notch. It's a big store. Tons of parking and easy to get to with a ramp for exiting North Atherton when coming from the south.
