I took a friend who is a foreign student that needed to get certified ID photos to this CVS location. We were greeted by Ryan the minute we walked in the door and he assisted in getting the ID photos very quickly and with an amazingly positive and friendly attitude and great sense of humor as well. It's great knowing that there are still people working in retail customer service that know exactly what customer service is. He went above and beyond and actually made the visit fun. The management at this store hopefully realizes this outstanding employee!Thank you Ryan!! ?

The store manager, Brad, accused me of not paying for items days prior to today. He referenced his camera and the fact that I took my items from behind the counter(within arms reach of the counter)and did not pay for them. He neglected to inquire with his pharmacy staff as to whether or not they received payment for the 2 items valued at over $140, before accusing me,publicly, of leaving with unpaid merchandise. He also neglected to review his pharmacy register camera, or any other store cameras, before publicly accusing me of leaving the store without paying. He did not consider the fact that his camera revealed that neither of the two employees working the register were at the register to check me out. I walked the entire store looking for either employee before grabbing the items AND PAYING AT THE PHARMACY REGISTER. Brad, this was not handled professionally. You didn't even apologize for the accusation after you received a copy of my receipt. GET A BELL AT YOUR REGISTER AREA OR BUDGET FOR SOMEONE TO ACTUALLY BE THERE. DON'T ASSUME THINGS WITHOUT HAVING ALL OF THE FACTS. THIS CUSTOMER WAS RIGHT!

What a terrible store and customer service. Waited 15 minutes up front for a cashier. Multiple workers (non cvs working on project in store ) called for someone to come up front and help customers and nothing. Finally want to the back and the pharmacist sucking a lollipop looking like a 12 year old thought it was funny I was disturbed that I had been standing up front for 15 minutes with no help. What a joke of a place

I got to use their phone tree. It took longer to navigate the phone tree, which hung up on me, than it took to drive there. I did ask a clerk while on the phone (in the store!) and she hung up on me. I don't know what to make of such behavior. Remind me to visit again in a year or three.

Pharmacy staff can't seem to figure it out. They tell you your prescription will be done by late afternoon. You show up and they don't have your prescription filled. Worse, they say they don't have the meds in stock. We'll have it filled by next Tuesday (4days later) because that's when the shipment comes in. Wednesday comes and they say they don't have it. Maybe one of the other stores in town might have it. Really, this is not a one time occurrence. It's happened several times.

I just entered the CVS on Atherton. I asked the only worker available I needed photos for passport. She literally was at the front desk, shut me up and said "don't you see I am in the middle of something"???

I have not been in a CVS for many years. This store was very clean and I really liked that the aisle signs were hung in plain sight and the store shelves were not overly high so that no matter where you were standing you could see the signs. This store does have a drive-thru for the pharmacy which I could see be very convenient.

Very clean and professional. Pharmacist on staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this store on all levels.
